Absolutely dire service and moronic, spiteful staff who couldn't care less about their customers. If you want to get ripped off and have your time wasted, Avis is perfect for you. The manager, Haitham was particularly useless and sneaky. After letting us down at the last minute and assuring us we would receive a refund , we were eventually told after 2 weeks that we would in fact not receive a refund. Interestingly, I had already been in a queue behind another group that were complaining about being ripped off.
