The bedding and window treatments I've purchased from her are some of my favorite items. She recently found the perfect living room sofa and two chairs that I absolutely LOVE! In the past, I've made many mistakes buying items on my own - the furniture was too large or small for a room, the expensive piece I bought was too large/wide to fit on the mantle, the paint color I thought was beige turned out to have a pink tint, etc. Everything Deborah has suggested and/or found for us has been perfect! I highly recommend Deborah and Transforming Rooms.

She transformed our new place in less than a month, with comfortable and stylish furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork, etc. Deborah was a pleasure to work with. She listens and she envisioned what I wanted and was respectful of our budget. She gave us the cheerful colors we were after, and unique pieces that I could not find in stores or online. Best of all, I compared Transforming Rooms to three of the exact same pieces online and Deborah was approx. $2,000 less for the exact same pieces. I highly recommend a call to her. Hiring Deborah was a dream come true! She gets 5 stars from me!!

I work in property management and know all too well how difficult and frustrating it can be to identify the cause/source of a leak. I have spoken with several folks in their office over the past couple days, including the office manager and multiple technicians. Today one of the techinicans--Tucker--visited the property twice, including once with the owner of the company, to help me identify both obvious and easy to overlook, areas of concern that would otherwise be very hard to detect. Meeting with Tucker and Luke today made me feel much more at ease. I'm very confident that if something unexpected comes up before the permanent repairs occur, they'll be on top of it. I can't tell you how impressed I have been over the past couple days with their communication/responsiveness, attention to my issue, respect for my home, and their overall service, including making temporary repairs until the permanent repairs can take place next week. If I call or text them, they either answer the phone or return my message within 10-15 minutes. I'm sure this a small job for them in terms of profit, but it's a big deal to me, and they have treated it that way, and I am very thankful for that.

I live in a townhome with older wood windows that were constantly getting stuck and very drafty…read more When I was shopping around I happened to run into Zen on the nextdoor app. They have great reviews so I decided to add them to my list of quotes The process to get a quote was nice and smooth and their pricing is very competitive. During installation I found that the screens had holes in two of them and there was a large deep scratch on one of the windows When I called they sent someone out immediately to correct the issue. I get a lifetime transferable warranty and now that it's winter, I can tell they are much less drafty. I'm very happy that I can open my windows now and windex both outside and inside. If you are looking to get your windows replaced I would definitely put Zen on your list for a quote. Good luck! Shawna B

The workmanship of the team doing the install was fantastic. The quoting process was easy and…read morestraightforward. They truly do not ask for any payment until complete (but they do ask for payment on the day of install.) I deducted stars because it took a very long time. I placed the order in Aug 2025, and the final work was not completed until June 2026. Nearly every window had service issue with broken pieces, dangerously sharp (and ugly) welds, etc. I also ordered a custom color that was not the same color as the chip I selected from. Zen was very responsive and took care of everything, but it took several trips and additional orders with the factory for replacement pieces. They sent delicious cookies asking for a review, several months before the install was complete. The quality of the windows is not at all as expected. Again, the install is great. I think they did everything well to make sure the install around the window was sealed, insulated, and caulked well (very neatly done). However, the actual windows are not very efficient. I've been through a cold part of winter and through hot summer. There is no positive change in my HVAC bill in the past six months, in fact, the energy usage has gone up, and I can feel the heat or cold radiating through. In summary, Zen Window's customer service and installation is excellent. The quality of the product has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend the product. Not at all a good value. I do not feel like I got what I paid for. I don't see a difference between these and cheap builder grade windows.
