But I'm realistic, so "less" rolls and flab would be fine by me. Totally reasonable, right? I also wanted to start eating better, just little steps toward being physically awesome and yummy or whatever. But more than all that is my energy level. [at the time of this writing] I'm 42, and I have noticed how much more energy it takes to get out of bed, do my husband/parenting/work thing and generally take on the day. It's been 2 months since I started seeing Ashley, and I'm not going to say this has been easy. Hell, anyone that has thought of or even gone so far as buying a gym membership will tell you it's not easy, even to show up. And I'm not going to tell you that Ashley has made this whole thing all puppies and rainbows. She pushes me, and she will push you. Because that's what I need, and that's what you need. She is professional and kind and personable. She knows her stuff and will share her knowledge with you. She will track your progress and make you a little better, each and every time. She will check in with you, challenge you, encourage you, even when you are not in her presence (she has been known to text me with workout challenges now and then). You will do your body and mind a favor by working with Ashley. She will help you be who you want to be. Give her a try, you won't regret it!

She set me up with a meal plan that fit my eating habits and taught me how to monitor and count my macros. I've been able to stay disciplined with my diet and managed to stick with my workout program as well. The first week she worked with me each day to teach me proper form and how to complete a set of reps for my routine. After she and I both felt comfortable enough to let me work through my program solo, I continued on my path to a better me each week. If I had any questions, she was one phone call away. If there was something I wanted to incorporate into my diet that wasn't already listed, she made sure to do so. I've worked with a lot of trainers and programs and hands down, this is the best I've ever felt. Thank you Ashley!

If you love animals this is a good neighborhood for you. Lots of deer, raccoons, opossums and coyotes. The deer will come right up on the patio to lay in the shade or eat my cat's food. There is an POA/HOA so there are rules, but most of them make sense, like keep grass down to prevent fires. The drive up and down Lake California Road is only about 5-6 miles and I use it to relax and change gears. Redding is roughly 10 miles away which separates L.C. from the craziness of the city. Overall a nice place to live!!

Sad to see such a beautiful campsite closed, but apparently budget cuts did it in. Thanks, Newscum. So many beautiful trees and huge campsites. Across the street is another area with a bunch of trails along the river. Good to see not too much trash that the illegals always bring in, but I'm not in Ventura County anymore, and they trash that county.

WOGC did an outstanding job catering the wedding reception. The staff was extremely helpful and the food was really good. They did a great job barbecuing the tri tip. The pasta was good as were the potatoes and green beans. I did not try the stuffed chicken breasts but the people around me seemed to enjoy them immensely. The people that did the cake did a wonderful job as well. If you live in the area and plan to get married, I would highly recommend Wilcox Oaks.

The Paynes Creek Wetlands are also in this area, which brings a variety of migratory birds. I come here in particular for backpacking. The Yana Trail to Massacre Flat is an enjoyable seasonal hike, and the ability to camp overlooking the river is just plain awesome.

As we all know 2020, 2021, thru 2022 were goofy times with "elections", "a flu", and a "vaccine". He referred me to a Remington specialist with no clue. FINALLY I found a guy who helped me. He said it was a manufacturing error he pointed where the clip fit in. Easy to spot and something that Discrete Defense if they were paying attention to their purchases for sale SHOULD have spotted. A horrible deception on Brad and Discrete Defense. BEWARE!!!
