While cosmetically, this place isn't exactly the Sistine Chapel, the hot food is sub par to say the most, and the people who work here are kind of lost in their own world sometimes (most of the time), If you try really hard to understand, you realize that this place is absolutely entertaining to visit. I'm not even sure if this place has a manager, and if that's the case, keep it that way. Get lost in the drama the staff is expressing, and realize that if you were working at a 7-Eleven in a small town, you'd probably eat while someone is at the counter and dig around in the hot wings with your free hand as well. When we visited her this was the 1st place on our list. The restaurant is right next to convenience store next door. The place is quaint and cozy. I loved the plaid table cloth and decorative coke signage. I ordered the catfish plate and it came with either hush puppies or french fries. The batter was rather bland, which was unusual per my friend's comment. She also found out that the usual chef was not working at that time. Overall, the service was alright, and the place was clean. I went back about a month ago to pay my respects to my family plot and thought I'd stop by T Mart and get a soda and a couple pieces of fishing tackle, that they always stocked, that place has gone to hell in a handbasket new owner, who seem to be speaking Punjabi at a level so loud I could hear it when I walked up to the door seemed off put I was walking in to get a soda. After standing there for about five minutes, I was greeted with "yes" in a very annoyed tone. When I asked about purchasing the soda I was told I needed to spend more. The place is a shell of what it was when it was owned by Casey and Tommy, I know things change but usually when it changes it's for the better can't say that about t mart. All I can say is if any of the Patterson's are still monitoring this, y'all do a hell of a job for a long damn time and you were sorely missed. Into the new owner all I have to say is it's a small town everybody knows everything. Yeah probably need to learn to socialize. Hang up your call read the room and look at what sold for years because zigzag, rolling papers CBD delta eight and scratch off lotto tickets aren't gonna keep you in business .
