Terrible and perhaps the WORST experience! Beware of this delivery... 0 stars. Yes the reviews sound good but most of them are posted for free products offered by the company. Also almost all the reviews are posted by the women who work there for people like us to be fooled and manipulated...The products sold are untested, expired and even moldy at times. Better to be careful about what we put in our bodies. The employees & managers never seem to know what they are talking about. Google gives me better answers then even the Budman "managers"who sound highly rude on the phone. The owner is a man who only hires women and neglects a professional business manner. I was a first-time-in a-long-time user and I was rather naive about the products that were out there and which ones were the best to alleviate pain for a kidney stone I was trying to pass. Bud Man offered an array of products and extremely thorough and genuine service. I'm very particular with what I want and which weed strain I smoke at which time of the day, and the phone receptionist stayed on the phone with me for upward of 30 minutes to ensure that I found the perfect rose gold pen and that my cartridge had the perfect percentage of Indica and Sativa. Additionally, my purchase arrived rather promptly and definitely faster than I've experienced with other weed delivery services. I love Budman OC. I am in SJC, and there isn't a lot of great dispensaries nearby unless I want to drive about 15-25 miles each direction. They have a large selection and make everything super easy. Their pricing is solid for a delivery service which will always be a little more than a dispensary, but that's how it always is. Just like it is cheaper to go get your food vs. postmates. I think their pricing is good though for delivery. I have smoked their herb and used their vapes. Both excellent products. I have not tried their edibles but hopefully, one day. They always deliver quickly. I have only had one issue with a vape the entire time I have used them for about a year.
