Went in for what turned out to be a neuralgia - the first doctor was nice but ineffective and the second (to whom I was switched without being asked) was flat out a jerk - didn't read my file, didn't look at me during appointment and examined me with unsterile instrument he picked up off a table. When he suggested "maybe it's allergies" (for my excruciating pain) and required yet another hearing test, that was it for me. High quality health care is about good doctors and good referrals - these people don't know anything and don't know anybody.

He used his personal phone as a flashlight (multiple times) with his gloves on, dropped a suction tool on the floor and still used it in my sons mouth. He initially planned to perform the procedure without a nurse present - When he decided to get one, he left the room and touched the curtains with the same gloves he used for the procedure. My son has a bleeding disorder requiring medication before procedures, which I clearly told him, but I was brushed off and he proceeded anyway. The entire visit felt rushed, unprofessional, and unsanitary, and I left extremely concerned about my son's safety.
