Michigan Law states that Property Management Firms must be Licensed and Run by a Licensed Real Estate Broker. This company is calling owners of rental houses and lying to them, claiming houses are unsecure to try to steal business. They then stall the owner with unnecessary repairs and charge fees while the house is vacant. We have contacted the Police and are pursuing charges.
