He asked for some photos of the lock and safe, then texted me a quote, told me when the lock would be in. Got back to me within a week. Had a parts issue with new lock install-explained situation thoroughly, and rescheduled. Came back within a few days, and installed the lock perfectly. It is an old safe, and not a small job, but it was perfect. Tom only charged us for one visit, minimal for travel (close to an hour drive), and his parts and labor charge was extremely reasonable. Friendly, professional, thorough. Cleaned up after his work, and was very respectful to our home. Highly recommend!

The younger guy did all the talking and work, while the older guy just stood around and watched. The younger guy was a good salesperson, and against my better judgment, I went with him on an expensive toilet. I didn't know that if two guys come, they charge you for both. The old guy did nothing. Since the toilet was installed, I've noticed some small issues. The plastic is coming off the handle of the flusher, the toilet seat if locked to the seat. What if you want to change it you can't. You may not think this a bother but, if you paid that much you expect better quality.
