Unfortunately never had any discussion about options and what coating would work best for what i want as well as pros/cons of different polyurethanes. A crew showed up, got right to work and left. After a couple days i noticed imperfections in a couple of the rooms so i reached back out to them. They were very quick to respond and sent the crew out the same day, they inspected the floors and ended up doing another coat at no cost. Floors came out great. Dan came over, checked things out, gave us a very competitive price and scheduled the project. The crew arrived, promptly (a big plus), got to the job and stripped two rooms and a stairway on day 1. Day 2 was a final sanding and the application of two coats of the finish. Day 3 was a light sanding and a final coat. The work was executed excellently. Communication was great and, we were informed at each step. Concerns and questions were addressed and resolved quickly. Dan and the guys are pros. I know that we'll be using them again.
