The level of customer service was unmatched. He gave us an extremely fair estimate to replace the window well and regrade the area around it to stop the leak into the window. That was on a Thursday, and he did the work on Tuesday. He was like a ninja, we never even saw him! One of the best customer service experiences that we've had lately. 10 out of 10 quality service and we will definitely use them for anything future within the world of landscaping. This past year after the snowstorm we had well I have this hedge in my backyard that goes to width of my property line that monster hedge bent towards my back yard. I did not know what to do my wife was upset . So I reached out to galaxy landscaping and talk to Matt, he came over a couple days later walked my backyard and then we went and meet the neighbor that's behind me . The neighbor behind me was so very happy because he could do not take care of his side too , because he had arm surgery . So Matt and his great crew did his side at no charge!!! Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. Business owners should take pride in their work and the services provided. I'll let their work speak for itself (see pictures). They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I did that for them so they could help the community. There is a constant lack of; communication, consideration, scheduling, and the quality of service is highly neglected. As a last attempt, I was promised they would be here this morning (Monday 7/14) to make it right. It's 12 PM while composing this msg. The last grass cutting was on 6/20, the last communication was on 7/11. I tried giving one last chance before writing this review but I am done waiting and will no longer recommend them due to everything transpiring. It should not be this difficult especially for service already agreed upon and paid for.
