Poor product and poor management. After I tried every way possible to have the discrepancies of my bags rectified, the company was not willing to work with me. I've been in person and avoided by the production manager and sales manager. Had to resort to showing the administration and logistics employees the discrepancies. Those employees couldn't do anything to resolve the issue. I've sent emails proposing a solution to both managers and asked for their ideas on how to resolve the issue (with both companies to in mind to win in the situation). No return of emails. No return of voicemails. The discrepancies are permanent ink marks on several clear plastic pockets of the medical kit bags. Medical supplies get loaded into these pockets and the ink marks are obvious. They've taken advantage of a newly launched company. It says a lot about them. Do I recommend Bucks Bags? Absolutely not. They make a lot of promises to get your business and money, but don't hold their end of the bargain to keep your business. read more

My organization has been working with Bucks Bags for over a year now, and I could not be more happy we've found a new vendor! Our first season went great, but it's been a catastrophe rolling down hill since. Last season they hardly returned our calls, they misprinted on our uniforms offering no correction or price compensation, they organized our order incorrectly making passing out uniforms and absolute nightmare! This season it took them TWO months to get back to me on ordering the SAME product I have for a year. After "losing" our contact information - which with google and frankly looking up our account would have solved - I had enough and requested a new account manager. This person worked a lot better with us but quoted us $20 more per uniform! When I called and spoke with the manager about all of the issues he spoke to me like I was an idiot because we had been paying less than quoted and was condescending about how much uniforms cost and on top had the audacity to question my account on how much we paid all of 2017 - once again not once looking at our account to confirm... I took my business elsewhere. My original pricing was matched, my turn around time will be a 1/3 of what Bucks told me and the company I'm going with got back to me within a matter of days. Side note: I work with multiple people who also refuse to work with Bucks Bags, from banks to PTA boards - they all have similar experiences. Get your act together Bucks. read more

I have bought hunting backpacks and other items from Bucks Bags,,, they are put together well, I hauled more meat out in my hunting pack vs. a friends Sitka pack which the Sitka ripped out drastically ,,,, the pack had numerous zippered pouches and storage for everything I needed. Highly recommend there items. No disappointment at all with there made in USA items .. They have not only shipped the items same day but also helped with the shipping costs and gear pricing. I love their fishing gear. They have the best portions boats on the market. Questionable product and bad customer service. My spouse and a friend both purchased Alpine Style pontoon boats. Both developed leaks in one pontoon after 2 and 3 year's use respectively. Contrast this to our Southfork style pontoon boats owned for over 14 years with no problems. Once the bags were sent in for repair we couldn't get them back. My spouse still hasn't gotten the pontoon repaired much less returned and It has been 2 months. When the pontoons aren't flat the boat works great but who wants a boat with leaky pontoons especially at the cost of over $700. read more

Arrogant business that apparently does not need more customers. They would not even take the time to see if we could do business with some custom work I wanted them to do. They told me I was not a big enough account for them to waste time on. They were rude and arrogant saying they are not taking any new customers when I pressed why. Buck's Bags has a great line of hunting and fishing supplies that I can not find n a sporting goods store. I have bought gear from horse tack to fishing bags and Pheasant vest. All products were tough as nails and when I had a problem they fixed it for free! read more
