I have seen this doctor twice, the first time was in February. Had bloodwork done, no one called…read moreme to go over it so figures everything was ok, however in May I received a message from our pharmacy saying I had a prescription ready. When I went to pick it up the milligrams were doubled!!! Still no conversation from anyone at the office! And just now I get a notice from the pharmacy saying my prescription did not have any refills so they would call the doctors office. So I remember in all the papers I had to complete one section said they would not approve from the pharmacy that I would have to contact. I didn't think that would be an issue because the order for refills should be automatic from the doctor when I was seen in August! Also I kept receiving a bill for $170 so I contacted my insurance and they said nothing had been submitted. So I contacted the office and they said to ignore as the IT department was working on it. That was around the first of September, however the end of September I received another notice so I contacted them again. The woman answering the phone was short and curt and seemed to be reading from a script, saying my insurance information didn't transfer so she will submit it now! This is so frustrating as a new patient! I am so thankful I am not a sickly person!

They said they had waited so long in examination room and fell asleep awaking by the office staffs loud laughing.Since it was a late evening appointment they open the door as ask if they had forgotten that they were in the room the staff got quiet when the doctor came in to the examination room he was very angry with them and told "it only us that do stuff like that" instead of apologizing to them he very cold during the examination. To the doctor I work in a large hospital in IL it is our practice to make sure all our doors in our clinic are check and left open to make sure there is no one left. There are cases where client have been found dead the next day because no one check their examination room and the patient had a heart attack. This doctor should git upset with his staff instead of his client. I was told he used to be very caring and compassionate I like to know what happen To him to make is act this way toward his clients.I wouldn't recommend him to any one because if they forget that they have let you in the room you will be scolded if you ask did they know you was still waiting and get told of by the doctor

After my vitals were taken, I sat in the exam room for an hour and 15 minutes. I was finally seen over two hours after my appointment time, and the appointment lasted maybe 10 minutes. I am very angry with my experience and I find it completely unprofessional and amateur to mismanage a schedule that poorly. I will be making the same complaint on multiple platforms. I was not the only one who had been waiting hours, several people in the waiting room were complaining about it being way past their appointment. I'm active duty military, and my free time and time with my family is sacred. When that time is squandered due to poor management, that is just disrespectful.

The radiology department refused to do my mri of my wrist. They were absolutely rude about it. I was given the paperwork from rheumatology at 2:00. They wanted to call me and make an appointment at at later time bc they were "booked." There was only one person in the waiting room. I was there from 10:30-3:00 for appointments and asked to please get my MRI today so I didn't have to drive back. Rhematology told me to go down there (I was told they could do walk ins), but they refused me when they didn't have to.... There was no one in the office. They just didn't want to take a patient. They figure they make the same hourly wage regardless how they treat people and regardless if they help people. This MCC made prob 5k on my from my insurance today, but they couldn't help me. The lady up front was incredibly rude about it. An older lady, heavy set, with grey long hair and a stormy disposition. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said she was in charge herself. She would email Kaitlyn maze. What a way to treat your patients. Not a place I'll be getting any MRIs done at. My insurance money can go elsewhere.
