I've purchased everything from bedroom pieces to a nice new desk for my home office. They always communicate shipping times, and there's zero question on when payment is due. The sales associates are knowledgeable and let you know what they have available in stock, and if they don't have it they let you know when it can be expected if ordering. Customer service is helpful and professional. The delivery service is excellent. Last fall I had two large desks delivered and the delivery team put them together and placed them where I requested, they were so heavy there was no way I could have done it on my own. All deliveries are always so clean and I've never received anything damaged. The delivery team arrived right on schedule and the staff themselves were clean and professional. I came in and was warmly greeted , I ask if I bought something, "can I take it NOW" and they said, "yes, of course!" I told them that I wanted to browse around and I'd let them know, AND THEY LISTENED! They didn't pester me, and they let me do my thing! I ended up with a super nice (fairly priced) couch and an awesome coffee table! They packed it up in my truck and I was on my way! It was by far, the BEST furniture shopping experience I have ever had!!! Ill definitely come back (if I'm ever in town again)!
