I travel for work often and today I realized that I left the cord for my Surface Pro 4 at home. My…read morecolleagues and I tried Walmart and they did not have any options. We stopped at GameStop and the gentleman there referred us to Technology for All. I called the store prior to going and spoke with Taylor, he was very helpful and recommended we stop by to see if he had a cord. When we arrived, we met Taylor Harden, the owner. He unfortunately did not have the cord for the 4 but offered to have it delivered the next day. He was very apologetic for not having it, after doing a thorough search to make sure he didn't, and went out of his way to help me solve my problem. He made us feel like we were his most important customers and was so courteous and helpful. He ordered the cord for me and reassured me that should I not need it, he would keep it on hand for a future customer. I highly recommend TFA to anyone that needs anything technological - he has drones, electronics parts, gaming items, computer accessories, modems, etc. The owner clearly cares about his business and providing exemplary customer service, I will be back in the future should I need anything and will spread the word.

I decided to upgrade my stereo in my vehicle and bought everything but the amp kit online. I went…read moreto Kartunz and the final price was perfect for installing front and back speakers, new head unit, Sirius adapter with antenna, 5 channel amp, and subwoofer. It took all day and my vehicle was returned to me with all new sound system before the end of the day. When asked about where I wanted the Sirius antenna I mentioned the rear center of the vehicle when I got my vehicle back they placed the antenna on the front left side just above the windshield corner. I felt that was a lazy job. No explanation was given for it. Also no explanation on do's and doesn't for the new system. Since everything is new I would think a simple brief on it would have helped me out. I am not sure of the reason but the SP input was used instead of the RCA inputs on the amp. I am still trying to figure out which is better for sound. For the most part I am happy with the installation and price. I would go back again but with expectations on installation.
