Yes, only one bank of cashiers was available but I commend the staff that was there and supervisors readily available to help. Which brings up yet another point, people, use some common sense. They aren't going to allow double discounts by double use of coupon deals. Please! You're burning out staff by even trying.

I was there and she could have fixed it but lied to my face because she was too lazy to fix it for me.

I purchased my dress in September 2025 (Cait helped me during my first appt and she was great) and was told it would be ready for alterations/pickup in October. October came and went with no communication, so I reached out in November, only to be told they weren't sure why I'd been given that timeline, as the dress wouldn't be ready until January 2026. At the time, this felt manageable since my wedding is mid-May 2026. However, the issues continued. In January, my alterations appointments were canceled same day three separate times with very limited and far out options to reschedule. When I finally had my first fitting, the service was poor and the alterations were done incorrectly, requiring me to return for another appointment. Initially, I was told alterations would take less than a week - but by this point, it was already mid-April, just one month before my wedding. On the phone call before my second appointment (to fix their mistake), I was told my dress wouldn't be ready for another month- meaning the week of my wedding. I even asked about a refund so I could take my dress to be altered elsewhere, but was told that wasn't an option. Then, after finally being able to come in for the appointment in April after multiple calls and speaking to a manager, I unexpectedly was told the dress was actually ready to take home despite multiple prior conversations with different staff members insisting it wouldn't be ready until May. Overall, the experience was disorganized, inconsistent, and disappointing. Communication was poor, timelines constantly changed, and it often felt like no one knew what was going on. I regret choosing to work with them and would strongly recommend that other brides look elsewhere.

Love the item - soft, looks great, unique styling, etc. The customer service I got was good. The item I wanted was backordered, but they offered to ship it to me for free and when I called to check on the status of my order, I was offered the sales guy's cell number if I had any more questions. You can tell they're eager to please here. The shop is small, but packed with Ohio State and Columbus goodness. This shop has designs that are a bit edgier than the other sports shirt shop down the street, but if you're looking for a shirt featuring Marcus Hall flipping the double bird to the fans at Michigan stadium, they've got it.

Lamp is a great new little t short shop in the Short North. Not to be confused with Homage which is also good but Lamp has its own style and some really cute things. The Short North yacht club being my favorite. Anyway, I own quite a few of their t shirts and sweatshirts and the quality is very high. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

What an awesome new Easton store that just opened this month! Adrienne and I came in as she saw a…read morepost on Instagram about their opening. We were immediately greeted by a heavy smell of leather and a friendly hostess welcoming us into the store. As adrienne was shopping I was offered a beer to help with the prices of some of these boots/shoes. Everything is hand made in Mexico and they are a company out of Denver. The quality is top notch as I inspected quite a few pair of boots that adrienne was trying on. There is also a small supply of men's boots and shoes for you to try on as well. I would describe the type of shoe as western sheik with a gypsy feel to them and they are all super unique. A lot of the boots had a ton of designs on them that are obviously hand made and attention to detail was definitely top of the line. I have a feeling we will be back to purchase some items very soon!

I went to this Cato to get help with finding new outfits. At the time of purchase I had lost 88…read morepounds and didn't know the size I wore. Catherine the manager of the store went into action. She pulled outfits that I would have never purchased in the past. I told her "you are blowing my mind lady." She was very confident about me fitting in the pants and tops she chose and I did fit them all. At the end of trying on each out fit, Catherine took the time to go over all the outfits we picked out for each upcoming event. I walked out the door with at least 8 interchangeable outfits. I was ready for Florida. She doesn't understand how she has help me with my weight loss journey. I told her we are not done yet. When I get to my goal weight I told her to be ready. She said @ I am ready." Catherine made my experience that day one to put in my journey. Thank you Catherine.
