The manager, whose name I didn't get (tall, blonde hair, blue eyes), refused it for three reasons: 1.) It was missing the tags. I had the confirmation email which he refused to look at. 2.) He said I had worn it, which obviously I had? I would need to put it on to determine whether or not it fit & I was satisfied with it. 3.) Manager's discretion. He refused to elaborate. The suit, for all intents and purposes was in perfect condition. The manager was obstinate and condescending throughout the entire interaction, and tried to compare me returning a suit with a 90 day return policy to trying to return a car to a dealership. When I pointed out how flimsy that logic was and reiterated Men's Warehouse's return policy to him, he became really condescending and rude. I ended up driving an hour into Pittsburgh to return my suit at a different location, which they accepted, no questions asked. The manager at this location seriously needs to get off his pedestal and start treating people with an ounce of respect, and he's clearly projecting some issues onto people that are forced to interact with him. Last time I ever buy something at Men's Warehouse because of him.

I understand that, but don't give people shipping information then. She told me a couple times "you don't under and what I'm saying." Um yeah, I do. Haeide is condescending and rude. Example: I was on the phone with her and she told me she had to get her credit card machine to process the refund. It was silent for a couple minutes and then she says "you're good." I say "thank you" and she then proceeds to say "I wasn't talking to YOU, I have a customer". I was appalled! I was a returning customer too, never again after this. Although they had no work to do, they were talking with each other rather than to customers. As I walked around the store, I saw that the shelves and racks were fully stocked with stylish clothing. For Memorial Day weekend, the prices were significantly discounted by 40%, which made them fairly reasonable. Although I do not usually shop at Express stores, I found some clothing styles that I liked.

For many years, I have occasionally shopped at this Macy's store in Westmoreland Mall. During my most recent visit, I shopped mostly in the women's section, and I thought that the store had a good selection. I saw designer brands such as Calvin Klein and also name brands. The store was having a holiday sale for Memorial Day weekend, and most merchandise was discounted. The only constructive feedback that I have is for checkout lines to have shorter wait times.

Asides from the obvious you can tell this is a brand new store due to the brightness that comes from within. Almost a sterile white so as to not distract you from their merchandise. Well stocked, well organized and well equipped. This H&M is actually one that I would prefer to shop at. With most H&Ms out there, this one is dominated by women's clothing. But do not let that discourage you my fellow men, there is a decent men's section. Prices for the basics is par for the course which makes finding that simple white tee an easy task. Staff were pleasant, almost bordering on cheery. Happy to help at the drop of a hat (not off the rack).
