When install came around Patrick was very diligent and would not cut any corners or rush his work. He checked his work over and over again and would make a new piece if he wasn't satisfied. Patrick also gave us pointers on how to fix a plumbing issue that came up. He was very quiet most of the time and cleaned up every night so we could use our kitchen to make our meals. Mike Pierce was excellent in creating the design and helping me select materials, colors etc. I am not good at doing that but I know what I like when I see it. Mike was able to understand what I was communicating and bring it to life. John Linder was assigned to do the work. He has a meticulous attention to detail and takes great care in his craftsmanship. He's not the fastest guy around but he will do the job right. In the end I would rather have right than fast. Our bathroom is my favorite room in the house now. It's my own little retreat.

I asked about the hinge first and the associate was not having it, and said to go on google and find it they don't order hinges for other cabinets. I asked if she knew of a company that could help as I've already been through Home Depot and Lowe's and she informed me that they can't help. They don't order hinges for items purchased online. A custom cabinet company can't help me order a hinge ... So you guessed it: Not going to order my coffee bar cabinet from these people. If I wanted to be treated poorly from a sales associate/company I'll just go to Home Depot and pay less. Why buy small and local? I do not recommend this business, bad first impression for sure.

They sent out a guy to look at them and he was so rude and acted like I was wasting his time. He came back with over $400 bill if we want it fixed?! Its chipping and peeling in places that are not even touched by anyone or anything. We were given the owner Jeff Daso's number and left multiple messages with no response. Terrible customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND!
