At till it rang up as $24.99, when I said something the girl walked over took a picture and said I have to talked to my manager. Manger looked at it and said sorry I cant do that price that was there. Another customer could have switched stuff around. I replied with a customer moved 4 of the exact same toy to a sale tag, really. Apparently it happens and I was offered 10% off. Managers attitude was overall rude and uncaring. Will never shop there again-

She seems to enjoy giving horrible customer service. The manager overcharged me for my service when I came back to pay for the grooming and didn't even care to hear my perspective on the issue. Petsmart, give your staff training, especially management. The groom was shorter than I had asked for and half of my dogs tail was short and the other half was long. It is evident that this groomer has no training and neither does the grooming manager. If I could give this grooming salon no stars, I would. Avoid the hassle for yourself and don't take your dog here. There are much more caring groomers out there.

My retired mother took her doodle in for his grooming and her dog sustained a burn to his paw from the groomer. Trying to resolve this matter, my mom met with the manager Jon and he stated if she provided a vet bill showing her pups injuries as a result of his grooming Bone Appetit would refund the grooming fee. She proceeded to drive out the same day 30mins to Lake Country, obtained a copy of the vet notes and receipt and straight back to Bone Appetit, only to have Jon go back on his word and deny any refund. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and hostile towards my mom. Jon threatened to call the police and also deflected any responsibility from the grooming service which then required the vet visit. Jon stated regardless of both his commitment to a refund for the grooming services that caused the clipper burn he would not be issuing any refund. My mom is retired and on a fixed income. The grooming and a vet bill is significant to her finances and the stress to her poor puppy. I would strongly discourage anyone in Kelowna to trust this business with your pets. Save your money and save yourself a costly trip to the vet!!!
