The weeks leading up to the special day, Michael was highly communicative with me and helped me plan out the perfect spot in an area that I was not familiar with given we were coming from out of town. The weekend of, Michael was also incredibly generous with his time, waiting out a big storm for 3 hours only to decide that we would need to reschedule for the next morning which he then did no questions asked (and at no extra cost!). In terms of the photographs, Michael is a true professional. He was able to document the moment perfectly, artfully staying out of the way so as not to tip Rachael off, while at the same capturing some great candid photos. Afterwards, Michael stuck around for a more traditional photoshoot, which he made fun and engaging. And after a thousand hours of free work as a professional photographer, I asked them for $15 per hour and they never did it. I spent thousands of hours of my time giving them free work.
