We've been here a few months now and each and every time I contacted them for my child medical issues, they've been on point! Always pleasant and accommodating! Kudos to them and thanks for making my transition easy and less stressful

I even dealt with his not so nice wife (the reason for the huge turn over). I was going to court for a foster child and the day before the notes were requested from her last doc visit. I emailed the office first thing in the morning. No reply all day. I called and was told they have a new policy. It would take 72hr for them to print out the notes for me. Mind you I've been there and seen that it only takes 5 minutes to print. I explained the situation and asked for this one time courtesy. The girl said no. Wouldn't let me speak to Mrs.Darlene (docs wife). I call back again trying to get the young girl to understand that sometimes exceptions have to be made and I've been supporting him 30 yrs etc. still she refused. I asked her to have Darlene call me but of course she never returned my call. So I texted doc Israel's cell phone. Explained the situation and he said they were working on printing my notes right then (a lie). I thanked him and even asked God to bless him. But the office closed with out me getting my call back from Darlene or me getting those notes for court. He didn't support this foster baby in an emergency so I will no longer support him. He always said "I'm so proud of you mama and the job your doing with these foster babies". Well I'm no longer proud of his job with my foster babies. I'm disappointed and hurt by how cold and uncaring this girl was. I'm bettering lives and she was gate keeping somethjng so important that would've taken her 5 minutes. Btw I did eventually get the notes but of course not in time and only after going in person

I arrived early to complete paperwork. We were called back into an exam room around 8:20, not sure if this was by a doctor or a nursing staff. This woman never once smiled, introduced herself, or anything like that. At 8:30, she had me fill out a form to get my daughter's prior immunization records. At 8:50, she came back for the paper. By this time, the only thing that had been done for my daughter was her weight and height. I waited until 9 and decided to leave. I just didn't feel like this was the right practice for my family. This place is slow, unfriendly, and dirty. Picture of the floor in the exam room for reference. So gross. When I left, I told one of the staff at the front desk that I wasn't happy with the experience and brought up the fact I had been waiting quite a while and how the dirty the floor was. I was told they would cancel my appointment. Customer service doesn't seem to be a strong suit for this business. If you're looking for a pediatrician, keep looking!

Main Street recently sent a message stating that both of my children are due for their annual appointments and I needed to call to schedule them. When I called, I was informed that Dr. Mark does not have any availability until June. I was prepared to schedule an appointment with another doctor, but then I was told that I cannot change doctors without Dr. Mark's approval, even though other doctors have open availability. I am confused and frustrated by this policy. If Dr. Mark is unavailable to see my children, and other doctors are available, what is the issue? Why does one doctor have the power to determine who gets to see my daughter?

It's very cold. I can tell our doctor doesn't remember us every time we come. Some people on the front desk staff are impolite and sometimes downright rude. They hired two new front desk ladies who are wonderful though. But even the front desk staff look miserable when they're working. It takes a long time for someone to answer the phone. The nurse that helps out our doctor has a pretty poor bedside manner and has messed up our child's blood pricks several times, causing him more pain than required. Our doctor is okay but she just types on her computer all of our answers to questions and doesn't give us much feedback other than 'you're doing great'. I don't want to say names because we still go there for now and they are okay at their jobs, but if I did it again, I would go elsewhere. We get an icky feeling every time we have to come here. Also the parking sucks.

He always makes the time for us to discuss our kids' health concerns and most importantly puts things in perspective and talks us off the proverbial ledge. He is so measured and kind with an encyclopedic knowledge of pediatric medicine. It was during a routine appointment with our daughter that he mentioned something we hadn't encountered in our first-time-parents' research. He told us about the prevalence of febrile seizures and what to do if we encountered such an experience with our kids. His soothing voice entered our ears a year later when our daughter suddenly had a febrile seizure. The experience would be terrifying if it were not for Dr. Garcia's thoughtful explanation/preparation of such an event. We followed his sage advice and were able to stabilize our daughter before the paramedics arrived. This is one of countless times that Dr. Garcia has been our guiding light in all things medical. Unexpected things come up and you need a doctor who has EXTENSIVE knowledge to cover all bases. We've leaned into Dr. Garcia's expertise for years and we are always confident after speaking with him. In his presence, you know that you are with a doctor who cares deeply for his patients like they are family. I can't recommend him enough. A brilliant doctor and an all around amazing human being. The ability to call them during off hours is always appreciated and they never make us feel awkward or silly for calling, even if we were maybe being over protective. Lastly, the only negative is, there is one person who answers the phone on occasion who is a little short with clients. We really appreciate the separation of well and sick visit areas -- it's a thoughtful touch that gives extra peace of mind. They genuinely interact with the kids and make the experience positive from start to finish. I recently had to call on a weekend and was connected with a nurse who was incredibly helpful and thorough in answering my questions. That kind of care really stands out. We see Dr. Diane Landram, and she is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to listen, offers helpful and up-to-date information, and never makes you feel rushed or dismissed. I am absolutely appalled by the experience my husband and daughter had at this office. We will…read morenever be returning, and I strongly question how this office is being managed. My husband brought our daughter in for an appointment that was specifically scheduled for two shots. In addition, we requested that they look at stitches that had not completely dissolved. Somehow, when my husband arrived, the staff had no idea why she was there and apparently thought the appointment was only for the stitches. This was not a misunderstanding on our end -- the appointment was booked by the nurse for the purpose of getting her shots. Because everyone was apparently getting ready to leave for the day, my husband and daughter were then rushed through the appointment. The fact that the staff had apparently made a scheduling error and were now inconvenienced by their own mistake is not our problem. To make matters worse, this office has previously used a cold-pack buzzer to help distract our daughter during shots. This time, they didn't. It may seem like a small detail, but when you're dealing with a child getting shots, consistency and basic consideration matter. The worst part of the entire experience, however, was what happened afterward. My husband was sent to the manager's office, where the manager proceeded to question him about why we don't bring our daughter in more often. She actually asked, "How do you know she's growing?" Seriously? We can see her. We are her parents. It is completely inappropriate and incredibly condescending for a manager to question a parent about how they choose to parent their own child, especially when there was absolutely no justification for the attitude she took with my husband. Her demeanor was disgusting, judgmental, and completely unprofessional. She then apparently mumbled something along the lines of how it was "good" that he brought her in for her shots because "you know how people are these days." That comment was completely inappropriate and frankly left us wondering exactly what she was implying. There was absolutely no accountability for the office's scheduling error. Instead, my husband was made to feel as though he was the problem. This entire experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, judgmental, and completely unacceptable. Parents should not have to walk into a pediatric office and be made to feel scrutinized or criticized by the people who are supposed to be providing care for their child. What a disgrace. We have completely lost confidence in this office and will be taking our daughter elsewhere. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a place where parents and children are treated with basic respect and professionalism. If I could give this office zero stars, I absolutely would.

I used the answering service on several occasions when my kids were smaller and the on-call doctor always called back right away. One thing I want to point out is that when my middle child was 3 she was coughing like crazy for about a week. We took her to a pediatric urgent care center who passed it off as a virus. We then took her to Dr. Fitch for a second opinion and she diagnosed her with pneumonia so we were able to give her proper treatment in time.
