The owner was very welcoming and we loved that he took the time to talk to us. He was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about merchandise and also stated that they have items on their website and can also ship to Hawaii. They have merchandise for all Tampa Bay sports. We came in specifically for Buccaneers gear but since we came in at the end of the season, items were a bit limited. We were able to find a few items to purchase and was happy about it. The prices were reasonable as well. I would love to see what they have in stock when the Bucs are in season. Great shop for sports attire and other team items.

Here's the plot twist no one asked for: they'll sell you shoes with a smile, but leave out the part where you need to buy a membership just to make a return. Who knew refunds had an entry fee? I tried to return my brand-new, unworn shoes. Their system was down. They said, "Come back anytime!" So I took more time off work, came back, and was told by Scott (the king of "not my problem") that since I didn't have their precious membership, I couldn't return a single thing. So basically, Fit2Run wants you to pay for the privilege of returning the stuff you already paid for. That's not a running store -- that's a get-rich-quick scheme in sneakers. If you like the thrill of financial hostage situations and a side of membership extortion, be their guest. Otherwise, do what any sane person would do and run -- far, far away -- from Fit2Run. The young lady who helped me watched me walk to help figure out what type of shoe (neutral, support etc.) would work best for my feet. She brought out pairs of sneakers and explained what they did and why she picked them. To help get a better feel to the shoe I was able to walk outside the shop to test the shoes. That helped me tell differences between each shoe and helped me pick a shoe. I went with a pair of ASICS. Just a heads up they are a bit more pricey than the retail value of the sneakers. I would shop here again when I need shoes in the future.
