I didn't peruse their menu of options b/c I just spoke with the sweet young attendant there and told him I wanted a basic car wash with Armor All on my tires. I'm pretty sure he said that combination was not an option unless you get one of the upgraded packages with all the extras I never want and he sweetly asked "Is this your first time here?" to which I replied, "yes." Anyhoo, he said pay for the basic and I'll have the guys upgrade you to the Armor All add on. SCORE! :D I didn't see or hear about any free towels and sprays, but I didn't need any either and yes the vacuums work great. Another bonus is no, I repeat, no people blaring their radios. It was a peaceful, lovely experience and even had a Theme Park feel (think Disney World, even though I've never been there) as you drive thru with all the colors and brightness around you - yes, the simple things delight me. When she went outside, my family members that were waiting for me in their car, heard her talking about me to other employees and other customers! This is UNACCEPTABLE. When I called to ask why, I was hung up on three times in a row. I sent a message to the text message and asked the question; her response that she should have asked management first and she was going to charge it anyway. Again - UNACCEPTABLE! I was not even told this before they charged this to my card. We have a second vehicle to get done.
