They're sensitive little dudes, and this place is perfect for them because of the attentiveness and care they give to their individual needs. They're very thoughtful about their exposure to other animals and make sure each dog gets plenty of individual attention. Not only was my call answered right away, but they were able to accommodate my dog the same day for a standalone nail trim. I have a 90-pound, 5-year-old Dutch Shepherd who had never had her nails professionally trimmed before (we usually rely on running on cement). The two women working were incredibly confident, calm, and patient, making my girl feel comfortable and stress-free throughout the entire process. They were quick, efficient, and thorough. I can not understand how these people get all these good reviews? We tried them for a year, and left a groomer who was fantastic, but too far. I get the feeling multiple times they left our pets there, and did not give them a bath or anything. We took in 4 pets and it was not cheep. Our vet got upset with us because all of them had ear infections. The vet said a good groomer should notice that and tell you, never a word. I just drove a long way to take them back to the old groomer and they came back looking 10 times cleaner and better. I swear they ignored the ears and the vet also commented that if someone is responsible for doing the nails monthly on one dog, that I should get my money back, because they were way too long. I really feel they collected $ and did a minimum, and then sometimes next to no job at all. My vet demanded the name of the place, and encouraged me to write this. We knew they were much worse than our previous groomer. They would finish all 4 in an hour, and then demand we get them immediately, or they would charge us for boarding. They said the cat was so difficult, but the other groomer today said she was impressed how much more calmer and easier she is now. They would just wet the cat, and make us wait, and give her back in 10 minutes! I have no idea why they treated our animals so poorly, but until the vet pointed all this out, we thought they were just doing a bad job, not no job at all! I am so upset we went there so long, I would avoid at all cost. read more

Really excited to have found a new full service groomer! What a great set-up they have to welcome your fur babies! Katie did a great job on our two medium sized dogs. And the place was not overcrowded with dogs which I totally appreciate. She recommended that we bring our dogs separately since our husky was whining in the kennel. I love that she asked this because it shows that she cares about keeping a low-stress environment for the fur babies. She was extremely efficient and both dogs were ready in under two hours which was awesome. We plan to come back. If you have an anxious dog this is the groomer for you. My toy poodle has been rejected from other groomers because of her attitude and I am usually charged the aggressive dog fee, but at pick up not only was she beautifully groomed with an adorable bow but I was told she was well behaved. From the moment we walked through the door my dog was more relaxed than she has ever been at a groomer and so was I. There were no other dogs barking and whining, the person who checked us in was calm and actually conversed with me about my dog asking questions and listening to my answers. I got a text saying she was ready to be picked up when she was done a hour later, exactly when I was told she would be ready. At pick up she was in a little pen like looking happy, she wasn't cowering and didn't try to bite when she was clicked into her harness while I waited. After four years of monthly grooming and trying over a dozen different groomers both mobile and in shops, some charging ridiculous rates for an elevated experience Bubble07 has been the best by far. read more

I took both of my dogs here (twice now) for a nail trim. I didn't have an appt and I waited only a few minutes. My golden retriever is a wiggly puppy and they were so great with him he thought he had been on a grand adventure. I took my small scared rescue who had only had her nails clipped when asleep to see if she would let them and while she was apprehensive she too had a good experience. I haven't had them bathed or groomed there yet as it's still warm and I wash them myself in warmer weather but I will definitely be using them this winter. read more

When I took Lucy in the space was clean and inviting. Staff was very friendly and i immediately felt comfortable leaving Lucy in their care. I cannot say enough good things about our Bubble07 experience! My dog has a history of being extremely difficult--he's even bitten other groomers in the past. I've had to bring him to the vet to be fully sedated and shaved since I've been unable to find anyone that could groom him.
