The manager sweet-talked me into their membership special: two months of "premium service." I should've taken that as my first warning sign. After the first wash, I very generously tipped the kind lady and started to pull out, only to notice my truck was still filthy. The back seat? Untouched. The rear floorboards (which I specifically asked them to clean)? Nope. The smudge on my windshield? Still staring at me like it knew how this was going to end. I turned back, hoping this was just a rare slip-up. The manager assured me they'd "make it right" and ran the truck back through. When I got it back, guess what? Still dirty. I had to wipe out the cupholder myself because apparently that was too much to ask. The back seat hadn't been vacuumed. The back window was still smeared. The seats looked like no one even glanced at them. I wasn't expecting full-on detail work, but I was expecting basic competence. Instead, I got a shiny membership bill and a truck that looks like it went camping in a dust storm. If this is The Wash Tub's idea of "premium service," I'd hate to see what their basic wash looks like.

The waiting area had comfy seats... mine was leather high end chair you'd find in someone's living area. The service was fantastic. From the guy writing up you bill, to the guy holding your car door to get out at vacuums, to the cashier, to the guy checking you out at the end of service. The interior cleaning was incomplete, there were water spots/missed wipes, and worst of all, the engine hood latch was left unlatched again. This is the second time this has happened--not the first. To document this, I took photos showing the date and time on my phone. To all Jeep owners: be very careful when washing your car here, as they may return your vehicle with the hood latches completely unhooked. This place shows absolutely zero effort to improve. Have you ever been a customer at a local business and you have always enjoyed going there and given…read moreyour business to them as opposed to their competitors but over the years little by little the quality of equipment deteriorates in the form of lights that they used to have when they first opened letting you know what service was being delivered to you washing your vehicle, overhead lighting letting you know you are receiving the wax that you pay for, the tire shine rollers not working therefore you are not getting that service to your vehicle, this being the most recent piece that is not working. Not to mention faded out signage and only one of the two lanes being open therefore making it longer to get through on a busy day. The last time I was there Alex was nice enough to offer me a bottle of tire shine I could apply to my tires myself. I hope someone will see this and make things right so I may continue doing business with them! The employees are attentive but upper management needs to spend money to make money. Most car washes pack us in bumper to bumper and that makes me nervous. I didn't notice that here, though I don't know if it was because they weren't super busy. As most car washes have free vacuums, so too does ScrubADoo. I might also add that the suction is impressive compared to others I've used. Such a plus!
