I got a coupon through a FB ad for a discount, so I thought I'd check it out! Easy drive-in, drive out location. Definitely cool that there is free vacuum as well for those that need it. Now the washes are not much better than at a gas station, unfortunately. Spray, brushes, rinse, dryer, done. The wash left soap marks on my car, and awkward lines from the automatic brushes. You basically have to plan to bring your own towel to dry your car or they need to hire people that dry off your car for you. What you get is not worth the price compared to other full-service wash establishments. If you need a general rinse, not a bad spot, but if you want your car to be fully clean, look elsewhere. read more

At least three times now, the underbody wash I paid for didn't come on. I know this because I can hear the water spraying against the floorpan of my car when it DOES come on. Apparently, management at Bubble Barn doesn't like dealing with the salt/grime/gravel residue that collects on the bottoms of our cars in winter, I'm sure it makes extra work for them, having to clean the drain traps more often, but if they are NOT going to offer underbody wash please BE HONEST and STOP CHARGING FOR IT. read more

We have been loyal customers of Bubble Barn Burnsville since they opened, with eight business accounts, and we've consistently brought both our tow trucks and personal vehicles through--along with referring friends and family. After a recent visit, my Cadillac Escalade was damaged (mirror snapped). Your employee documented it immediately, confirmed it on camera, and acknowledged it was not damaged upon entry. Despite that, it took multiple follow-ups, several estimates, and over six weeks to receive resolution and I never once heard back from the owner, even after repeated requests. I was also still charged during the period I couldn't safely use the wash due to the damage. Most disappointing, after the check was finally sent, the owner requested that we no longer bring our business vehicles through. Given our long-standing support and partnership, that response was unexpected and unacceptable. Effective immediately, we will be discontinuing all business with Bubble Barn and will no longer be recommending your company, which is extremely sad because the car wash itself outside of the one incident that we had had did a great job. Convenient fast and efficient. read more

The sign says, "Free Vacuums." They are not free like many of the other car washes in the area (I.e. Mister). They do require you to purchase a wash prior to using the free vacuums. Of course they can do whatever they want with their business, but just don't advertise something is free if it really isn't free especially when your competitors actually offer them for free. read more

Paid $23 for the VIPig wash, don't think that's what we received and if we did, no where near worth the price. Only took about a minute to scoot us through the wash, at the end there was still soap on the back window and really not that clean. Also no wipes to clean the inside, would be nice to have those out by the vacuums or at the very least hand you a few as you enter the wash. read more

Had no idea this was here! My husband was hell best to wash his truck today and this was exactly what he was looking for. He even bought a monthly pass after David told us about all of the options. Now he has a sticker in his window so he can pull up, a machine will scan his membership and he can drive right through. This is no dinky gas station car wash. This place is the real deal. Nice employees. Slick set up. There's vaccum stations outside the wash as well. Direct quote from my husband, "Oh this wash actually gets the back of the car!? Awesome!" Also, this cash has bright lights which might be fun for kiddos :) read more

The model for this hybrid automatic/do it yourself car wash includes features Bubble Barn just doesn't have. Go to the South, and you'll have: * attendants putting anti-bug spray on as you enter * stations containing cleaning towels, constantly replenished (and cleaned at their inside laundry) * stations with excellent spot remover and glass cleaner spray bottles * automated steam floor mat cleaners. These are all included in the price. In Myrtle Beach, you can add $20 and guys will detail your car for 30 min while you wait. Here: you get the wash and the vacuum. (Half the vacuum nozzles were stopped up; no attendant to clean until end of shift I guess.) That's it! Zip! read more

I wanted so badly to love this place! The only thing that's good are the vacuums. Two options of nozzles to make sure you can get all the nooks and crannies. I got a "piglet" wash that was $6 and went back because I couldn't even tell it went through the wash. The gal working said it was like "throwing your money in the trash" and "people should never get that wash", which made me question why it's even an option. She did let me go through for free on the "hog" wash which still left my car filthy. I understand this is an express wash and not full service but I'd rather pay the extra money to have a clean car. There's nothing more frustrating than going twice and still having a dirty car. I did call to let the manager/owner know and he was super nice and very responsive. He said they are working on some adjustments. Even with that it will be awhile before I go back. read more

they don't care your car clean or not after washing my car still dirty, event you have membership

Came on a Saturday with a filthy salt covered car. They honored the free text coupon due to cold weather. Here you stay in your car and it's automatic. One thing that freaked me out a bit is you put your car in neutral and you are 2 feet from another car's bumper. It was super busy but I would have wanted more distance. Then at end where dryers are the lights didn't come on for go. I just continued as I didn't want the car behind me to hit me. The vacuums were real nice and on both sides of your car. My car is noticeably cleaner. read more

I have been to Bubble Barn a few times and totally agree with some of the other reviewers. My car is NEVER completely clean. I drive a 2018 Prius. The area at the bottom of the doors is ALWAYS still filthy when I come out. I have been disappoint each and every time and won't be going back any time soon. read more

I've gone to bubble barn multiple times. I've been disappointed every time because my car never fully gets clean. I won't be going back

Owners and managers got no respect for the customers. I went there the week it opened and inserted my card in the machine, it gave me an error so I tried 3 times and still the same, called the boy and he tried to help and decided to use another card and it went through. So a week later I happened to check my bank statements and the 3 times i swiped my card went through and I got debited 3 times plus the other card. I went there and spoke with a manager at the time, he said he could not find the transaction at that time because the system wouldn't allow it so we got my phone number and told me he would call me once he figured it out. I am still waiting for the phone call. I got busy with life and work and don't have the time to stop by. I suggest peopel to Check your bank statements if you run into that situation. read more

Very reasonably priced and excellent service. Not used to seeing a live person at the carwash. The basic wash did a great job cleaning my car! Best part is the free vacuums. There are plenty of vacuums and the suction is very powerful. read more

Terrible value, overpriced, and doesn't get your car clean. Paid for the mid wash and was very disappointed with the results. Drying fans don't dry your car completely and on top of that caused damage to my vehicle. The manager was very rude when he contacted me to follow up and refused to admit fault. When I asked for a free car wash for the inconvenience, he refused. Very rude staff. Disappointing wash. Go elsewhere to get your vehicle clean. read more

Too expensive for what it is. Always crowded. Hyvee does a much better job of cleaning the car.

DO NOT use this carwash!!!!! They allow people in there with attachments on their vehicles saying they will make adjustments in their program so attachments (ie Kayak rack) will be ok. It tore our kayak rack all apart at the end of the cycle. They proceeded to tell my husband their insurance will cover it and they will have a manager call him back. When the manager called back he stated they will not turn it in to their insurance because they watched the footage and our rack was loose. These people are SCAMMERS!!!! Our rack is brand new!!!!! I had to give 1 star to submit review or i would not have given any. Let's also not forget to mention our vehicle is still very dirty!!!!! After an $18 wash. read more

This car wash ripped off my taillight. The manager said their car wash would never do that...but it did. They had no intention of making it right or even refunding our money. Don't do business with unethical companies. read more

Doesn't wash my van entirely... doesn't hit the bottom trim of my van and leaves the back end of my vehicle with dirt and brush strokes. What was the main reason for me canceling my membership was an employee that harassed me every time I went in .. she's a native girl and she would constantly stand there watching me as I vacuum my car and would just stalk my vehicle upon arrival til I left. I'm not paying for that place no more. read more

Love the concept, great vacuums. The employees who were greeting the cars need to wear masks. left a ton of scratches on suv. we've been going bubble barn for 2 years. this weekend after going through car wash it was evident that the car wash left dozens of tiny scratches along driver side. when speaking with Dennis he never took accountability nor offered to help fix the dozen of scratches. I will NOT be going back and will be escalating this to better business bureau. read more

super well put together, easy and relatively quick to get through, and my car was clean, so hey, it got the job done.

I had high hopes for finally saying goodbye to Paradise Car Wash when I saw Bubble Barn being built. Went in there to have my car washed shortly after it opened. Bad cleaning job. Had to run it through twice, and it still didn't properly clean my car. It's not an odd shape or configuration -- a standard late model Chrysler 300. The wheels were still soapy and dirty, it didn't get the water off the car when drying. The windows were still dirty. They don't vacuum your car for you -- it's not full service. They do have outdoor vacuums you can use, and they do work well. But in the MN winters, vacuuming your own car outdoors is a deal breaker. Not only do you have to deal with dirty hoses being dragged throughout your car, but certainly it would be uncomfortable. So, generally bad car wash equivalent to a fancy gas station, and self-vacuum. And yes, it's overpriced for what it is too. It might be appropriately priced if it were full service, which it isn't. read more
