We arrive at 4:15. I go in to make sure we are all set. The guy behind the counter was waiting on 3 people who walked in (no reservations) with crocs. As I was giving him our names he told me to hold on, because the party w/crocs waivers were coming up. I told him I'll be back in w/my party. He said ok. I went back to my car at 4:24 got the rest of my party and was back inside. We walk back in, no one is at the desk. The guy that waited on me, was in the party room fixing the Tv. We waited 2-3 minutes for him. He comes out and he is trying to find our waivers. At that time, Taylor (Gm) comes out and tells the guy he will need to shorten our time. I asked for clarification as we waited for them! Needless to say after watching the video, Taylor tells me there is a party coming in and they need to shorten our time. The fact that I had reservations and paid, meant nothing. They wasted my time w/people w/crocs and fixing TV's. No compensation nothing just "I'll refund your money. Not cool!! Just in case, they try to say we should have arrived early I did but they don't require it!

That being said, I feel like the courts are not too well maintained, balls are terrible and old and renting the court for an hour is extremely overpriced for what you get (I have only been on the regular courts, not the sand courts). In regards to the bar area, looks like prices are pretty reasonable there for drinks (they served cider in the cheap milk plastic cups they have in cafeterias though instead of real bar glasses, which was very strange). The room was well put together with tough puzzles to solve. You need a lot of out of the box style thinking here. When they needed to help another room and were gone for a while, while we were looking for a helpful clue from them, they added the time they were gone to our room to make up for it. No surprise, who returns skates before time is up? No one of course. More painful skating. 5) Return skates, but the family will not be returning to RIT. Plenty of other rinks locally.

I hadn't been to Sea breeze in maybe 30 years, so it was wild being back this week for the first time since I was a kid, but after even an hour, my kids want to go back. The rides were solid but not spectacular, with no real "thrill" rides but a bunch of above-average bits that got the kids excited. The price was higher than I was expecting for something in Rochester (about $40 per person), but we got our money's worth thanks to getting onto so many rides across a six-hour stay. Looking forward to coming back next year!

This ruins the reason this facility had previously been so popular. The members hate this new policy but the new manager doesn't care and isn't willing to listen to feedback. The new policy also makes it difficult to get better because members are forced to only play in either Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. There's no blending into the next level as you start to get better or being able to play a level down if you just want to take it easy for a day. Members used to go to Dinkers to enjoy playing in a friendly, fun, and casual atmosphere. It's such a shame he has ruined this.
