We had significant wind damage to the wooden fence bordering our backyard. We tried several different contractors who agreed to do the job and never showed up. We called Fencing Green Bay and the phone was answered almost immediately by Jake the owner. Within a day he was in our backyard replacing posts that had been snapped by the wind. He and his to helpers worked until two hours after dark to make sure the yard was secure for our two dogs. He returned the next morning to complete the job to better than new condition. From the time I made the phone call, I was greeted by their friendly office staff who sounded genuinely caring about our situation, and contrary to these imbeciles that left previous bad reviews, bubbas was out the very next day, have us an estimate that we concidered more than fair, let us decide what we wanted instead of telling us what they could do, and rebuilt our fence and patio better than it had been when it was brand new. I highly recommend bubbas to anyone looking to have work done at their house. Jake was hired to repair what amounted to a six foot crack in my drywall and he stated upon finishing that he guaranteed his work for one year. After six months the cracks reappeared and I texted and called him several time, even set up two times for him to return and he never showed. I have now filed a complaint on Thumbtack about him and am asking for my money back. read more

I was first introduced to Bubba's Remodeling by Angi hiring for other handyman tasks. Since he did good on the tasks he was scheduled to come to fix, we arranged for him to come replace a damaged gutter. After a few scheduling snafus because I was scheduled around another larger project he showed up to replace the gutter. He said if we had any issues to contact him and that he would take care of it. Approximately a week later we had leakage out of the wrong side of the gutter (not the downspout) as well as exposed wood on the backside of the gutters. I reached out to him to try and schedule a time for him for him to come out and fix it. He stated he would come out as soon as he could because it may have been misaligned. I was flexible because late into the recent weeks we have been having weather related difficulties and understood hardships that would come from those. We are two months at this point from when the gutter was put up incorrectly and was told he had mechanical (vehicle) problems followed by by an injury suffered from repairing said mechanical issues. I tried to keep in contact during the recovery both because I had hoped he would have a speedy recovery and to find out when we could have him come out to fix the gutter. Following the recovery I have attempted to continue to try to reschedule for him to come and rehang the gutter but he has since stopped responding to both my phone calls and text messages. read more

Save your money... he came to install a fence, and has yet to finish our gate... this has been over a month.. the gate he brought was broken and he supposedly had a replacement ordered... again we have been waiting over a month for said replacement... the latch on the gate came off and he wont return calls or messages... he claims "he is really good at his job" which he obviously is NOT!
