Been here countless times and usually never a problem. We were told the wait was only 15 minutes of course that can change but we didn't get seated until almost 40 minutes later then once seated we waited another 20 minutes just to be told we were seated at the wrong table. The waitress who seated us said "no ones been seated there all night i don't know who would sit you there". We spoke to the manager around 10 minutes later and everything seemed sorted out. We're never after free food we honestly just wanted the food we ordered but they offered to pay for our appetizers. We kindly asked the manager to make sure that the appetizers got out and he joked about how our food coming out before would just be "the cherry on top". They then walked away and started talking to another employee (it gets better) we tried to wave them down to again make sure they check on the appetizers (we were very hungry) and the waitress next to them nodded at the manager to a acknowledge that we were trying to get their attention and they nodded back to them, they never ended up coming back. Our waiter at this point was talking to a few of the other employees not even bothering to check on us. Moral of the story, we left, the only thing that came out of this whole ordeal was a salad, a salad ordered with no cheese, definitely came out with cheese just had to put the cherry on top. We aren't impatient people, we just sat for forty minutes with some drinks after waiting almost 40 just to get sat after being told it was gonna be 15 minutes (I get waits and backups we were just extremely frustrated and hungry at that point). I'm gonna miss the salmon though, definitely not going back for a while. read more

The food is really good (love the pizza crust) but what really makes this place shine is the staff. Every waiter/waitress/host that we talked to were very accommodating and eager to please. There was no pretentiousness or arrogance in anyone's attitude and it just felt like a group of people who were happy to work there. We tried the pizza, salad, and nachos and everyone agreed it was a great value. Next time I will try the onion rings as we spotted them on another table and they looked huge and freshly battered not frozen. read more

My husband and I tried this place out on a Sunday at noon. It was busy, but we were still seated very quickly. The service we received was great and the food was even better! I hate to admit how many times I've been here, but lately it's been around once a week. The garlic knots are delicious, definitely a favorite. So far anything I have tried I've enjoyed it thoroughly. My sisters and friends get together once a week and Bubbas is usually where we go. The staff make it a point to take great care of you, especially if they start to notice you coming around more often. Food is excellent surprisingly! Services Sucks soooooooo bad though so if that's a big deal breaker for you don't come here. The wait staff is not attentive, I have to flag down other waiters for refills. When we come here we just sit at the bar now to avoid getting frustrated. The problem is the wait staff congregates in the kitchen and gossips. We come here regularly and I have noticed this while headed to the bathroom on several occasions. First time visiting Bubbas33. We just moved to Michigan and were looking for a good sports bar with tasty food and good drinks. This place checked both boxes. 1) The food is good. We got the melted cheese dip starter that was very good. 2) The mixed adult drinks were very good with lots of margarita options, plenty of beer options, and everything in between. 3) Our burgers were large, juicy, hot, and came out quick. 4) The service was friendly, right from check In at the door, to our server who was a delight, she was friendly, informative, and attentive. 5) At the end of our meal the manager came over to make sure our experience was good. He even gave us a voucher for a free appetizer on our next visit. This was great customer service that more chains and local places need to get aboard on. Between the great customer service, fun atmosphhere, and tasty food and drinks, I recommend. I just hope this is consist and not a fluke. read more

Hands down best burger's!! My new favorite restaurant! A fun atmosphere with a great staff! Our waitress was so sweet and efficient. I really appreciated how clean this place is, the bus boys even wear gloves. Best part of all the food! The burgers were cooked perfectly, the tots were crispy, onion rings had perfect ratio breading to onion and ranch sauce just like Jets so yummy! I only wished I had a bottomless stomach. I literally had the perfect meal: arrived at high traffic time, 7:30 on a Friday, packed parking lot, waited less than 10 minutes, got a high table with view of multiple screens: sports and music videos. Our wait staff was prompt and courteous, she brought our drinks quickly, draft beer, cold with a chilled glass. We ordered burgers, mine was perfect: meat juicy, bun toasted, fixings fresh. The fries were crispy and hot. Our wait staff gave us time to eat and relax but attended to our table whenever a drink needed a refill or the food was finished. We tried this the other day and have already been back! The Mac and cheese and pizza tastes great. They have a wonderful drink menu with ice cold beer that they advertise. A week ago we stumbled upon Bubba's weekend brunch and sat at the bar with Jason and it was just tremendous. The food was great (Chicken and not waffles is my new breakfast favorite) and Jason's service was outstanding. We enjoyed it so much we told our family about it and brought them back this morning. Extremely disappointed in the service on this Sunday, luckily the food was still great and really made up for the morning. My advice for anyone going to brunch, stay away from Josh's section and sit at the bar with Jason, much more enjoyable experience! You guys did it again!!! Everything was perfect and spot on! This is my second time here in the last month.... First time I brought my mom and 8 year old for lunch because your outside patio looked really inviting from the road. Every employee was wearing masks and tables were seated every other one for our comfort. The food and drinks were incredible and the atmosphere was exactly what we wanted.
