Owner, Bertin, has amazing vision for creating a beautiful yard, and a great crew to put it in place. We were always happy to have them working in our yard. We are entirely xeriscaped now, and couldn't be happier. They've also installed irrigation for the plants - and everything looks fantastic! Finally, two trees that did not make it through the winter were replaced this spring. Outstanding job!

Great job installing new roof and removing old roof and old solar air panels. I wouldn't expect them to spend more time finding and cleaning a few leftover nails than they did installing the entire new roof. I cleaned up the few nails leftover. The company is hard to reach for follow up, after the job is completed and passes inspection. We found probably 30 nails in our driveway and yard three months after the fact. 2. They do NOT return your calls. My husband left two messages after the job was completed and still haven't been shown the common courtesy of a return call. It's highly unprofessional in my opinion, but it seems to be a given in Gallup -- you rarely get a return call. It truly makes you wonder how people stay in business in this town.

In preparation for re-roofing our semi-small duplex building, Diaz dropped off a big dumpster right…read moreon the front yard on a Friday to prepare for work starting on Monday. The dumpster had Diaz advertising on the sides. It would be better if they could be less intrusive by placing the dumpster on Monday morning. Monday the roof stripping began at 7am. It was certainly and understandably loud. But the workers planted a large stereo/radio on the roof and cranked it up so loud that we could hear the lyrics and DJ on the inside of the house. At least give us the choice of music. The manager owner was not on-site to address questions and concerns. We didn't receive any instructions other than clear the curb and driveway beginning Monday. At least the staff offered to call Mr. Diaz. The first staff we met had some difficulty communicating in English. But the Navajo staff were able to communicate easily in English and Dineh Bizaad(Navajo language). This could be crucial in an urgent situation. The crew split up at lunchtime. Some drove off for lunch. A few sat in our front yard and ate lunch in the shade of the dumpster. Thankfully the staff were kind. Perhaps they are all about business. Let's hope the final result is a lasting quality job, worth the inconvenience. The only suggestion I would make for this business is to make sure the residents are greeted, kept safe from falling debris, and make the least amount of presence known to the neighborhood (music and dumpsters).
