Have been waiting…read moreover 24 hours for the washer to be fixed and now am forced to go at least another 48 hours because they didn't bother sending maintenance despite saying they'd come either Thursday or Friday. We mentioned there was a hint of smoke and got in response "Well just don't use it, it's not an emergency." This is not the first time something has happened, at one point there was feces on the front door to our apartment, Lions Gate management didn't do anything about it for 2 weeks because it "wasn't an emergency" but yet they didn't do anything in regards to the person who placed it there. Someone also decided to use the bathroom in the one stairwell and to them that was more of an emergency than anything else. Our apartment was flooding but "wasn't an emergency".
