It took a little longer to get it than I thought it would, but I wasn't in a hurry and with Covid it was understandable. The extra couple of weeks it took to get the glass is no reason to give them less than an excellent review. I live several miles down a bumpy dirt road and the glass made it unscathed. They delivered it, cleaned it, and installed it for me for a small fee. The price on this massive piece was very reasonable and everyone was very polite and professional. If I ever need glass again I'll use them again and I'd recommend them to others.

We live close to a major highway and road noise was always a nuisance. Once the picture window went in it was incredibly quiet and completely draft free. No cold air coming in during winter months. The glare guard in the glass keeps glare to a minimum. We have butterfly bushes that attract hummingbirds and butterflies. It's a joy to sit and watch them without the noise the new window eliminated. Initially we thought the price we paid for the window was a little high but you get what you pay for. In retrospect the incredible quality of the window has far surpassed the price paid. You can't go wrong with Renewal by Andersen. The estimate was a fraction of what the other companies quoted and he came with his crew a couple weeks later for the install. Only thing that delayed the jobs was wind and rain... Two additional jobs later, they came back to help with some trim on the roof and a basement window that was leaking, I would highly recommend them! They went above and beyond and helped out with some things that weren't necessarily what they regularly do, but things that needed attention and I'm grateful to have found them.
