I need and have used a big bag for when I go to Europe for three weeks and am always looking for more space! So I asked Matt if I could trade in the new bag for a larger bag. He said yes! He only charged me the difference between the trade in bag and the bag I took home!!! I got a LARGER, BRAND NEW bag, for a fraction of the cost!!!
