As a Group Leader for Diamond Tours I was very, very happy with our driver, Donnie, and the cleanliness of BTM's bus. We were gone a week to the Cincinnati area. Donnie is a fantastic driver! Sitting in the front seat you can see everything! Donnie's extensive experience in driving his coach was evident from the beginning. He was extremely professional, kind to everyone, very helpful, on-time, and communicated with me about all upcoming stops. We enjoyed Donnie's conversation at dinner! He is funny. smart and respectful to his elders! Many people asked if we could request Donnie for our next trip. I told them I would try! The bus was a 2026 with comfortable seats and very important, drink holders! I have four more trips planned this year and hopefully Diamond Tours will allow me to request BTM and Donnie as our driver! read more
