He took his time to look around the outside of the house to look for entry points. He even got on the roof to look at entry points on our second story. After his evaluation, he concluded the entry point might be in the plumbing. He recommended calling a plumber to perform a test on the pipes to determine where the problem is. I found Scott to be very honest and down to earth when assessing the problem and making suggestions. There was no charge for his assessment, and we intend to call him back to do the job once we figure out the plumbing issue. I had another company come the day before (no POINT in mentioning their name) and from the moment they walked in they started using scare tactics about the plumbing, opening walls and replacing cast iron pipes which is a VERY, VERY expensive job. They went into sale mode the minute they walked in without even looking around. It was very off-putting. But that's ok because that's how I ended up calling Eraticators. Scott's honesty was very refreshing. I recommend this business.
