OMG !!!! They were amazing!! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible TEAM who went above and beyond to help make everything run smoothly. I believe the helper's name was Dan, and he assisted with everything from helping set up, helping cleanup, helping transport chairs, even helped with some of the kids. While I was too busy being a bride, my family had nothing but great things to say about him. The bartender whose name I believe was James not only made amazing drinks, but his energy and personality that he brought to the reception was unforgettable. He kept the bar running efficiently, interacted, wonderfully with our guest and had so much fun and excitement to the celebration were received countless compliments from family and friend about both of them and I would honestly love if we could send them a thank you card as well. Once I've had time to sort through all the photos I do plan on leaving an amazing Google review because you guys are truly amazing. read more

BarMasters - Bartender for wedding in Lodi,ca - Bartenders Near Me - Melbourne, Florida

Dana was our bartender. She was punctual, friendly, smiling ear to ear. And she continued to bring me water without me even thinking of it. She didn't even know I was pregnant lol, she just wanted to keep the bride hydrated. When the caterer didn't provide water, she stepped up and started filling cups up at the bar for my guests to grab. Not only was our bartender great, the service was also pretty affordable. I would definitely use this service again. read more

Absolutely wonderful from the very beginning of requesting a quote all the way through the event! Our bartenders were some of the first of our vendors to arrive during set up and they were super self sufficient. They also helped with clean up far more than I expected which was super helpful. Highly recommend using BarMasters for your event! The client portal made everything easy to navigate while our event was approaching. read more

We had such a great experience with BarMasters for our vow renewal! We hired both a bartender and server, and having them there made such a difference in allowing us to actually enjoy our celebration instead of worrying about all of the little details. They were professional, attentive, friendly, and jumped in wherever they were needed. From keeping the bar running smoothly to helping with food service and making sure our guests were taken care of, everything was handled so well. With over 100 guests, that was no small task! We truly appreciated all of their help and would absolutely recommend BarMasters for an event. read more

Terrible communication! The bartender had to get switched the day of my event because of an emergency. The new bartender came with absolutely no supplies, not even a shaker. I ordered ice, a bar table, and a cooler and neither the bar nor the ice ever arrived. She was attempting to call Customer service and they hung up on her! Customer service has been terrible, I submitted a complaint over 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back. This has been a terrible experience using a "premium" service. Their customer service line is now disconnected, so it's unknown if I'll ever get refunded for the services promised but not fulfilled. read more

The worst customer experience I've ever encountered in my life. To start- I work in customer service 17 plus years. Never in my life... this was my WEDDING. Staff arrived late- mind you we pre set up every signature cocktail and we laid out everything in the most organized way, including the coolers behind the bar and garnishes. 1 bartender two servers were booked. They did not arrive at their scheduled time they arrived as the event was beginning.... We ran out of alcohol before the night started because they did not follow the instructions given not only that they use the tequila important to my premade drink drinks made the drinks taste terrible and it became a complete waste of money.. and ended up having to Uber more alcohol to the venue twice.. when I had to ask the servers as the bride to help serve the food they act as if I offended them, this was while they were drinking my alcohol.. at one point they were spotted outside smoking weed in the car... my parents and my friends had to serve the food in the appetizers at my wedding rather than enjoying it.. That's not even the worst part when I contacted management. The next day they argued with me sent me screenshots from an intoxicated, guessing the service was great and then ignored me... I have the photos and videos , MY guest and videographer have the photos and videos of the bartenders taking shots ... I had to ask repeatedly to stop over serving , stop creating cocktails and use the signature drinks that were out there. Besides being disgusted in the serving of threatening staff, the way management handled it was very unprofessional but now that I read these reviews, I see that it's a common occurrence a complete scam 10 out of 10 does not recommend I've asked for my money back and I'm getting ignored I can't even get an actual human to respond to me. read more

Barmasters was awesome! Relatively inexpensive considering the professionalism. Lechae was the BEST! Omg she crushed my specialty drinks and they were so gooood! So professional and so sweet! When she came she asked for a cutting board & two bowls to put the garnishes in so I brought her some. She asked for a towel for her hands as well which was not a problem at all! She was super accommodating to whatever the guests wanted. Great company, would use again! read more

DO NOT USE THEM!! I booked BarMasters for my sister's bachelorette. They cancelled the day before and promised a full refund within 1 business day. I was in contact with Laura, and constantly was texting her asking about the update on my refund. She kept saying "I will look into the status and bring it up to management," which was a complete lie. I called the support number and was hung up on the first time and the second time while on hold my refund magically appeared. She definitely saw my number and finally processed it today. It has been 12 days since they cancelled. When it was processed all she said was "sorry for the delay." Had I not kept texting and trying to reach them, who knows how long, or even if, I would have received a refund. Terrible company. I hope this prevents other from using them for any event, especially a special occasion. If I could give them 0 stars I would, but it won't let me, so I had to give 1 star. read more

Crappy customer service! The ol bartender's car is "not working" bit is too much. We were excited about throwing a pre Christmas party for our family and friends last year after coming back from the East Coast. We were disappointed big time having all the recommended alcohol and fixins go to waste. Take a BIG WARNING AND DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - FAR OR NEAR! read more

Barmasters service was EXCELLENT!! We had 2 young ladies as bartenders and they were amazing. They were kind and friendly, very professional, and the drinks were good! It was a lot of people but they kept the lines moving. All of our guests complemented the service! I would absolutely work with barmasters again and I would highly recommend Lashawn Scott and the other bartender with her! read more

They were very communicative before the event, but the bartender didn't bring enough ice (which I paid extra for) and she forgot the cutting board and knife. I had paid for three servers only one showed up. He was great, but I ended up clearing and washing dishes and bartending as well at my son's wedding. I was in touch with them the night of the event, and they said they would refund me, it has been 3 weeks, no refund. The text person told me on multiple occassions that it would be that day. still waiting. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company. read more

BarMasters is really great to work with they have a very efficient system the mixologist Donita was very nice and my guests enjoyed her. She came with all the necessary tools of the trade. I would highly recommend their service for any style event. read more

Our bartender Marshelle was fantastic! He arrived early and was fully set up by the time guests walked in. Having him there took so much stress out of hosting and let us actually enjoy the party. The booking process was super easy too; there was always someone available by text or phone to answer questions. What's also great about the service is how customizable it is. You can have them handle everything--from cups, mixers, garnishes, ice--or you can supply your own. There's a lot of flexibility with add-ons, so you can make it as collaborative or as hands-off as you want. I'd definitely use BarMasters again for future events! read more

Easily booked online. The company was very responsive to my questions. I appreciated also being able to reach a live person when my vendor had a specific request for the certificate of insurance. The company was persistent and solved the issue promptly. The server arrived on time and did a great job. I would use them again. read more

One of the easiest things I did for our wedding. BarMasters was incredible to work with and the two bartenders that came out, were top notch! My biggest concern initially was not meeting the bartenders beforehand but I was beyond pleased once they came out the day of. My guests had so many great things to say about Taylor and Kaitlyn. Will definitely use BarMasters again in the future! I'll add pictures once I get them back from our photographer. read more

Our bartender was great! Super friendly and professional and kept the great vibes going.

We contracted with Barmasters for our daughter's backyard engagement party (100 guests). We requested 2 bartenders and a helper/server. We decided that we would offer a few signature drinks rather than offer a full bar. We chose 5 drinks (nothing crazy) and relayed that info to Barmasters, asking them to please advise us what goes into these drinks (each bartender may have their own opinions on how to make the best drinks). It took Barmasters a week to respond telling us to consult the alcohol calculator they provided (which was for a full bar) and told me to google the drinks to get the recipes. Honestly one of the main reasons we hired bartenders was to get some help in figuring out these amounts. The day of the event one bartender and the helper (her son) showed up. She said the other bartender wouldn't be coming. She took a look at the drink list and said she didn't know there would be so many drinks (again-there were 5 that I communicated to Barmasters) and just seemed annoyed about the whole thing. To her credit she did really try to keep up with the demand, but the bar line was VERY long the entire evening. By the end of the night she was telling people to pour their own shots!! Honestly, the drinks were not even good. It was very disappointing. Meanwhile, her son, the helper, was asked to clear tables of trash, make sure garbage cans didn't get too full, and keep the 2 gallon jug of water full for the guests to serve themselves (it was a hot day). I don't really know what he did, but I can tell you that every time I looked at that water jug it was empty And I ended up filling it. He did spend lots of time telling many of our guests that his mom experienced a personal tragedy the night before and told us it would be ok to announce it (I think they were looking for a collection of some type). Yet, later on this guy was playing volleyball with the guests and taking videos. If this sob story was true he didn't seem too upset about it. Finally, I received a text from Barmasters a few days later asking how it went. I told them we were very unhappy and listed the above complaints. We received no response to the text. I would definitely NOT recommend hiring Barmasters for your event. We would have been better off to mix up pitchers of drinks and let people serve themselves. Look for a small local company. You will be much happier. read more

Adela & Lori were recently our bartenders for our wedding reception of around 115 people. They were prepared, punctual, and super friendly! We purchased our own alcohol and unfortunately we were missing an ingredient for one of our signature drinks (‍). But, Adela quickly made some modifications and made arguably a better tasting cocktail than the original! The communication from barmasters in general was great. From booking to follow up after the event, everything was smooth and easy. They were easy to contact regarding any questions I had leading up to the event. We would definitely use barmasters again for a future event. read more

Took a chance on Barmaster and I was not disappointed. Our bartender arrived on time and began setting up immediately. I ran her through our drink selections and she didn't need me for anything else. She had great conversation with the guest and made the perfect signature drinks. Everyone loved her :) 10/10 recommend! read more
