While most of their work is fine they do not show up when they say they are going to and both the store and the workers lie about when they will be there. The first day, several men showed up and worked like gangbusters from 8:30 am until 7:30 pm. The second day only one worker showed up, but he did work all day, until about 5 pm. Today my husband has been sitting waiting since 8:30 am (the time the workers were supposed to get there). The first time he called he was told that they would be there by 1pm, it is now 2:30 pm and they have not yet showed. The last time he called them they said they were on their way from Brazil and I believe it with how long it is taking them! We have movers coming Saturday and at this rate the house will not be ready and we will have to take additional days off work and change the move in dates, which costs money all the way around.

My house is a 4 bedroom 2 bath. One bedroom is literally empty (future nursery), and the other is a…read moreguestroom that almost never gets used (read: clean). My house needed a deep cleaning (which to me means ceiling fans to baseboards), and I wanted the windows cleaned. We told the owner not to do picture frames or the basement. He quoted my husband $180 (plus 10 bucks tax, mind you.) There is NO WAY we got $180 worth of work done. The windows were not even touched. There are very obvious water stains right above the sink where I water plants on the windowsill. The ceiling fan in the kitchen is filthy, like they sucked the dust off with a vacuum attachment but didn't wipe the blades off. These are the kind of nitty-gritty details that made me hire a service. It's things I don't want to have to do myself. When my husband told the owner the windows weren't done, his excuse was that windows are a whole extra service, and that included in the $180 would be a "spot clean" of the windows. First, this was NOT explained during the pre-service walkthrough. We specifically asked for window cleaning! Second, who ever heard of "spot-cleaning" windows? Third, even if we'd agreed to that idea, there are OBVIOUS water stains. I'm leaving a one-star review because this situation is very black and white to me. Either $180 saves me from having to spend my off-time cleaning my house, or it doesn't. And it didn't. Sad, because there aren't very many cleaning services in the OV. And I guess Top Notch knows that.

You know when something has not been cleaned the month before . I called Austin he said it should have been done and would send a crew out to clean . Then he changed his mind since it was so long ago he wouldn't do it . What happen to 100 percent satisfaction.I had a regular cleaning done and complained about it . Don't waste your money on Top Notch . I spent good money not to have professional work done!
