When it came time to pay for his service with the coupon, Court explained to me that what I bought, despite clearly saying the word "repair" on it, was not applicable for the repair service I just received from him. He explained the problem was a result of miscommunication between himself and the coupon company and in no way was my fault and he didn't charge me - which is exceptionally kind of him. I went to Walmart to purchase a phone . When I took it to T-Mobile to be activated, I was told to return it to WM because I could get a better price from them (T-Mobile). I did as they said. When I returned, again I had a long wait time. I was feeling ill and fell to the floor 4 times. I was given a chair to sit in while I waited. Finally got the phone and service. I returned with a friend to sign up and again had a long wait while the male employee was messing with the store thermostat and was treated as if we were a bother to him. My friend left without T-Mobile service. I think they need retrained or need to hire some more people.
