My girlfriend and I were returning my bus from Atlanta and called hours in advance to reserve a cab, which we were assured would be waiting for us at our time of arrival. Little did we know, when we pulled into that desolate station in the wee hours of the morning, that -not only would there be no such driver there to deliver our tired bodies to the home and respite we so desperately needed- but one would not arrive for another HOUR AND A HALF. Did I mention it was a *cold*, dark night? It was well below freezing, as me and my suffering lover sought shelter in the dirty elevator for nothing but relief from the relentless blades of wind that cut us to our very core. You may ask, "Why leave this review seven years later, on the Yelp page of a business that no longer exists?" A fair question. To be truthful, we'd vowed that night to leave the worst possible review of this hateful, godforsaken company, but sadly forgot and never followed through, until tonight as we celebrated nine long years together and remembered this debt we owed the good people of Kentucky. Driver was tailgating, speeding and cutting off other drivers. This guy drives for a living, he should be better than that. Definitely not a good representative for your company!
