Jessica at this location is very helpful. She speaks clearly and explains things well. She is also very nice. The claims process was seamless. They even e-mailed me when they made payments to the dealership and rental car company. They guarantee the work for life as long as you go to one of the repair places they recommend. Oh yeah, and they are charging me $65 less per month for the exact coverage that I had with the other company. **Fun Fact. I had contacted a different State Farm local agency and the representative was so unprofessional and wouldn't call me back. I tried a couple of times. I even got quotes from other insurance companies because I thought State Farm was not a good company. Luckily I found this branch of State Farm. This is by far the worst insurance agency I've ever dealt with. They bought out the agent that I…read morewas previous with (who was always available for me when i needed her) and I had no idea until I needed help come renewal time. I called atleast 15 different times and never once got Frank DiGiorgio on the phone or Christina DiGiorgio. All I got was constant voicemails when I called so I emailed Frank and asked him to call me at a time when I was available. Instead I got his wife calling me at a time outside of the window that I could answer and this happened twice. He couldn't be bothered to pick up a phone OR return an email ever. Never once talked to him. I did finally manage to talk to his wife way after the fact and this was after she left a voicemail saying she was going to email me and call me the next day. Never got an email at all and heard from her finally 3 days later. When I asked her about the email she claimed she sent it to the wrong email address... I guess hitting a reply button to my email is too hard for her. Based on my experience, I formed the opinion that these people were completely useless, unprofessional, and clearly did not value me as a client so I fired them and changed agents. I'll never use weinsure again.
