There was several different people handling my account and when one left the company the entire system collapsed and no one had any historic information about my projects or my account. An e mail marketing piece went out to my client database with a glaring mistake which was a result of some glitch on their end. The final straw was a hugely substandard marketing mailing piece that they authorized on my behalf from a non reputable company. I am now disputing the charges with that vendor (which realsupport authorized) so the headache continues even though I terminated the relationship.
