I have no way of knowing if they made a mistake or this was an error but I asked if perhaps they could give me a deal on another Gibson Guitar. I was told that they have 8 stores and they cannot make deals on other stores merchandise. So they screwed up and would not honor the sale or sell me a replacement. I was greeted before I even walked in the door, offered water and a free grilled hot dog by a nice older gentleman. Once inside, I walked over to the firearms to take a look. John greeted me and came over as soon as he finished with his customer. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. Schooled me on shotguns as I've never owned one. Gave me some honest input on which firearms I should choose, which would be easier for my petite frame and so on. I walked out with two new firearms and a full stomach.

Out trods another sales guru with a touchpad that is running an APP of unknown (to me) pedigree. I go wuuut? Guru informs - no worries, it's just a company we use to automate our paperwork. Right. And who has access to their database? I'm going to create an account on this website and proceed to load it with very specific personal information? Please. Item 3. I ask for a Form 4473. "We don't do that anymore." This is my only option? "Yep." Gimme my cash back. Fortunately I didn't put it on my debit card. At least in the past, ATF would have to go into a store and ask to see all the 4473's in their file cabinet(s) and break federal law to digitize that information. Now they figure they can just get all the rubes to do it for them!
