Great people and amazing service…read more I was proposing to my fiancé and needed the ring to be done a week earlier than I thought (she had a family vacation I forgot about..). After texting Carla the situation, one of the jewelers came in on his off day and had the ring done within the next couple of days! I live in Little Rock and never encounter businesses like this one where the people care and you are treated like family. I would highly recommend them to any guys looking for engagement rings who want a fair deal, maybe a little guidance, and assurance of an amazing job!

Took two rings in to replace missing stones, asked to get an estimate first. Pat wrote "ESTIMATE"…read moreon the ticket and told me it would be Thursday before I would get a call with the estimate. On Thursday I received text that my rings were ready to pick up. I called and told Pat's daughter that I was supposed to get estimate first. She said she was sorry but the work was already done. The charges were about $75.00 over what I considered my mental financial comfort level. But because the work was already done, I lost my ability to get an estimate somewhere else. I have never had jewelry repaired where you didn't sign accepting the amount to be charged. I am happy with the looks of one ring, but the other looks "off" to my inexpert eye. There was no offer of a discount and sometimes "Sorry" is just not enough. I'm not happy with my experience with this jeweler and won't be back.

Without contacting me first which is not the way business is done. I was told there was a mistake and the item had been sold in store. I have no way of knowing if they made a mistake or this was an error but I asked if perhaps they could give me a deal on another Gibson Guitar. I was told that they have 8 stores and they cannot make deals on other stores merchandise. So they screwed up and would not honor the sale or sell me a replacement. I would not buy from this establishment's stores at any price. STAY AWAY!!!!

Excellent experience with Pacer the other day. I had an unexpected expense and needed money fast…read more Rather than pawn jewelry that has so much sentimental value, I took my business to Pacer. They gave me a small loan for my jewelry; it took less than 20 minutes. I feel that my jewelry is safe and secure with them and it feels good knowing I will get that jewelry back. Hopefully I won't find myself in an emergency situation like that again, but if I do, I know I can always visit Pacer. Thanks so much!!!
