I'm a single mom caring for three kids, elderly parents, and a new infant, with sports and everyday chaos in the mix -- so my schedule can be unpredictable. There were days I simply forgot they were coming or days where it just wasn't going to work out, but I always communicated when I could and tried to make it work. Instead of offering any flexibility or solutions, they chose to discontinue service. The technicians themselves were fine, but the company overall doesn't seem accommodating for families with busy or complicated schedules. Life doesn't always go perfectly, and a little understanding would have gone a long way. We'll be looking elsewhere. If you have a hectic household or an unpredictable schedule, I'd strongly consider choosing a more family-friendly company. ‍

They agreed to take pictures of my attic during their rodent inspection. All I got afterwards was "everything looks ok to us." No pictures, no details. Just a bill for service. German Roach Problems? Come here!!…read more Embarrassing to admit but I had a bad roach infestation. Everywhere I would look there was a roach. I would eat dinner. And just got used to them being near me because There was nothing I could do. It was To the point where I would have to make sure I dust off my backpack before leaving the house to make sure I don't carry them to other places because they were everywhere. I thought I was beyond help. I called multiple businesses on here. I called another company and had a bad phone encounter. Made me feel like the infestation was my fault and not good experience. I then called WOW. And expecting same treatment. I was surprised. They didn't seem to bat and eyelash at my concerns. Answered my questions. And treated me kindly. Admitting you have a roach problem and asking for help is already embarrassing. And they don't make you feel bad about it. The only thing is when I did service I paid with card. Which they do accept. it's just a bit of a process since the worker doesn't have a way to take card so they have to call the office and process the card over the phone. Seemed to be something they do but must not be common. Since the worker was a little confused about it. So Maybe use cash? Another thing is the person on the phone told me not to take everything out of cabinets. And in person the worker said that they should have told me to remove it. But it was fine and he could still do it. We just have to remove some stuff and he said to make sure to wash everything after. I was a bit embarrassed to run around and try to empty them a bit while he was waiting for us to be ready. For the company. If we can have better communication on what to do before service. But for those who need to get rid of German Roaches know this: I haven't seen another roach since. I share my story of the embarrassing infestation To let others know. If your infestation is bad and you think no pest control can help. Go to WOW. I have lived with roaches for more than 10 years. And finally I am free. It has been 9 months since my service. And no issues.
