She was kind, thoughtful, patient, and supportive every step of the way. She even helped us work through escrow issues while she was on vacation. Talk about going above and beyond! We are incredibly grateful to Rachel for everything she did to help our family achieve this dream. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We hired Rick to sell our home and Shelby to represent us to buy a home and they went above and beyond, which to them is probably just "doing their job" but to us as the clients, the process can be scary. We hit a snag in the process with our initial buyer having to pull out of contract for medical reasons, We were terrified to say the least! We were already in contract to buy another home! But both Rick and Shelby assured us that things would work out, always keeping calm and letting us know they had a plan A, B, C & if needed a plan D! It all came together and we closed on the sell of our home and closed on the purchase of another home all within 24hours from eachother! Who does that!?!? :) Rick never once made us feel alone going through this process and that's what i appreciated the most! always answering our calls and texts- we had conference calls at least once a week, what he likes to call "Monday check-ins" and we totally appreciated that! Shelby always took the time to check in with us, sending us endless listing, once we found our "dream home" she worked relentless and remained cool and calm the whole time! I probably texted Shelby over 500 times during this process and she responded each and every time with confidence and professionalism! Thank you Shelby, you Rock! During escrow, I spent five hours at the house on repairs and walked into a smell that nearly knocked me over. A massive pile of human feces had been left unflushed in the master toilet for an unknown length of time, and the AC had been running full blast. Shelby apologized, noting the water had been off. Fair enough, but I'm the one who found it. If you were a buyer walking through that house, would that smell make you want to make an offer, or walk out? Shelby was also dual agent on our first offer. It collapsed over a $5,000 gap, she offered $2,500 of her commission, and the buyers cancelled. We lost weeks. Sellers: get fee, agency, and property-check routines in writing. I would not use this brokerage again.

Marianne is so knowledgeable, hardworking, and will fight to the end of the earth for her clients. She also deeply cares for the people she represents. I know she's working in my best interest always. She handled the sale of my mom's home that was within a trust, out of the area, and filled with two generations of stuff. I was an emotional wreck and she came in and guided me through it all. We got over asking, all cash deal within 10 days of going to market. Above and beyond work every day -- from clean up, to prep, to staging, to marketing, to negotiating. I'm just so fortunate to have had Marianne represent me. I can't emphasize enough how hard the whole selling decision was for me. She was patient, we explored various options together. When we ultimately decided the right decision was to sell, she sprang into action and got it done quickly so I could move on from a heartbreaking situation. Her style is uniquely hers. There's no bullshit. Marianne is going to tell it to you straight, but I personally wouldn't want it any other way. I can't say enough great things about Marianne!!! Hire her; you won't regret it.

My husband and I are first time landlords and despite not having a background in real estate, we…read moretried to manage our property ourselves. Everything was fine until the tenant stopped paying, and anyone who has dealt with these issues knows how stressful it can be. Lost and extremely frustrated, I called Marianne after doing some research on Yelp. Marianne was completely calm, confident, and professional. She quickly gathered basic information about us, the property, and the tenant. She informed us that she will be taking over and assured us that we will regain possession of the property. By that evening she had already sent over all the necessary DocuSign's and within the next couple days she was negotiating with the tenant on our behalf. Removing tenants for non-payment is devastating for both parties, so Marianne was firm, but also kind and compassionate. She was able to repossess the home within 15 days, without having to go through the process of an eviction, which was our goal from the beginning. Communication was always very quick, clear, and concise. My husband and I had so many questions since it was our first time going through something like this. She has a very extensive knowledge of real estate, the laws involved, and in general how tenants tend to behave, but she was also very patient and thorough when advising us. As someone that runs her own business and manages 100+ properties, Marianne is obviously a very busy person. I expected her staff to communicate with us after the tenant vacated the property. However, Marianne was our point of contact the entire time, which was very impressive. Marianne did not collect a penny from us during the entire tenant removal process, which really speaks to her confidence in her abilities as a property manager and her generosity as well. She is also well connected in the real estate space as all the references she provided to prepare the property for the next tenant were excellent. Our home was on the market for less than 2 weeks when she presented 2 solid potential tenants. Given how smoothly everything went up until this point, we were completely confident in letting her decide which tenant would suit us best. When we finally got to meet her in person, she told us that she takes care of all her properties like they are her own and after witnessing her work, it's clear that the service she provides is a direct reflection of her genuine passion for real estate and helping people. If you are looking to rent out your property, we absolutely recommend working with a property management group, but specifically, Marianne. Thank you Marianne. We appreciate everything that you have done for us, and we look forward to working with you for a long time!

He used the same realtor for both transactions. This time, I wanted to find a different realtor. A true fresh start. I heard great things about Carol and saw that she had several positive Yelp listings. The minute I met her, I realized that I was getting superior service -- the likes I had not experienced before. Carol wants to help people find homes that they can afford - a place for folks to root and become part of the community. She made sure to talk to me about Mello Roos - something I was unfamiliar with and depending on the home we found -- could make qualifying difficult. Every comp she pulled, she made sure to review the tax expectations with me. We visited a home that I fell in love with. It was beautiful. But Carol keenly picked up on the neighboring tree roots that had taken over the back yard. She provided risk assessment and gave me ideas to mitigate risk -- should I intend to put an offer on the house. We ended up NOT going for that property. I appreciate her calling that to my attention. It was clear to me at that time that Carol is not motivated by the size of her commission - she wants to help people find the RIGHT home. Carol has established relationships with builders and property assessment vendors. This trusted relationship provided me as her client quick turn around of information and opportunities. She is respected by her peers. Even the sellers of my home loved working with Carol and would have tried to snatch her from me, if they could have :). Carol worked with my Lender effortlessly. This was a new Lender for her to work with and she was incredibly efficient with her communication. We did not have any transaction delays because they worked so well together (HOMESTREET LENDING -- awesome place!). Carol picked up her phone when I texted or called. When you are in the middle of a real estate transaction - you want to be able to get a hold of your realtor quickly. Thank you Carol for never leaving me alone with my spinning questions :) If you are looking for a realtor -- I assume you are looking for someone to help you navigate through this process (which changes depending on the market) and you need a partner who will look out for YOUR best interest. Someone who will represent you. I assume that you need to trust and have confidence in your agent. I had this with Carol -- I would highly recommend her to ANYONE looking to purchase or sell a property. She knows a great deal about her market and how to treat her customers. Happy Hunting!
