Mikaela did both of our consults today and I can't express how much of an asset she is to this team. So patient, kind, and informed. Oklahoma Men's shut down both their locations with zero notice to anyone. No refunds. No access…read moreto medical records. No contact information. Nothing. The owner/founder Dr. John Robinson owns another men's clinic in Arizona called The Hormone Zone. It has been impossible to reach him or his team to try to get access to my medical records and pharmacy history. I have tried to reach Dr. Robinson through several venues but have gone unanswered. Shortly after commenting on one of his Instagram posts regarding this the comments for that post were disabled. I also left a review on The Hormone Zone Google listing trying to get somebody to respond since that clinic would not answer my phone or return my call. When my wife tried calling the Hormone zone she got through, but she does not have an Oklahoma area code. It appears to me that The Hormone Zone is not answering calls from Oklahoma numbers, but that is just my theory. They informed my wife that they have been instructed to take down names and contact info for anyone calling about this closure and forward it to "corporate". Whatever that means. They also requested I remove my review, but I feel it is appropriate to leave it up until I receive my medical records. This whole situation is a master class in how NOT to run a business. My job relies on my ability to pass rigorous annual physical exams that include medical records for any drugs/treatment I am receiving. I am now in danger of losing my livelihood as a pilot because of this clinic having absolutely no regard for the patients it claimed to want to help. TLDR: Dr. John Robinson also owns The Hormone Zone in Arizona. Try to contact him there if you have been affected by the closure.
