However, this office has completely changed my perspective. The staff, especially the front office team, are incredibly kind and responsive. Every time I make an appointment, I can count on my daughter being seen very quickly upon arrival without long wait times. I also really appreciate how transparent they are about costs--there are no surprises, which is such a relief. One of the things I find most impressive is their availability. Despite being a busy office, they always seem to have appointments open. On several occasions when my daughter has broken a bracket or had a loose wire, I've been able to call and get her in as soon as the next day--or even the same day! This level of responsiveness and care is rare and so appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for making what can often be a stressful experience so seamless and positive. There was a TV with a little toy area. They have the name of the dentist and the WIFI password on a chalkboard wall. After checking in, I had to fill out a short medical/dental update form. My wait was very short. We were called back at 2:24pm. He has X-rays of his teeth taken before being going to other area for cleaning. The dental chairs are all in one area, like an open concept. There are 6 different stations. There were 4 other patients being seen at the same time. There is an area for a parent to sit close by while the hygienist and dentist do their jobs. In this area, I noticed that they have a "No Cavity Club!" bulletin board. First they brushed my son's teeth before flossing them and examining them. The dentist came over at 2:47pm. It was Dr. Jenn. My son had a good check up. Since he had no cavities, he got to put his name on the "No Cavity Club" wall. I heard the hygienist tell my son that each month a name is chosen off the wall and given a prize, which is pretty cool. I believe she said the April winner got a chick fil a gift card!
