I have had aches all over since November and a cough since early December, that I assumed were both "wear and tear" (I like to work out) and physical manifestations of grief and transition. I've been in physical therapy for "wear and tear" for about 3 weeks with not a lot of relief. I finally got in to see Doc Marc yesterday and I feel SO MUCH better this morning!! Adjustments, muscle testing, energy work, new supplements - WOW! He is really a sort of miracle worker with a myriad of skills that treat the whole person. Deep, deep thanks and appreciation for this practitioner!

Office is secure, parking is ample (shared lot with 3 other businesses so that can fluctuate) very clean. Staff and patients are masked and I witnessed a lot of cleaning of surfaces, hands and equipment during my time there (great job). I was there on December the 8th at 3pm. Noted because I want the staff working during that's time to get proper recognition. I did not get their names but the ladies working the front desk, Check out and the one that escorted me to my room were absolutely amazing. You don't find friendly relatable office staff anymore. Everyone is so over worked or abused by customers that service slips. These women set the entire tone for my first experience with this office. I hope they are compensated well because THEY created an excellent first impression for this business. Dr Cecil got right to work on my raggedy frame. I heard cracks and pops in areas I didn't think could crack! After all the twisting, turning, stretching, popping.. I felt like we should hug when he was done . In all seriousness I was close to tears not because he hurt me. It was a rush of relief to finally find something/someone that relieves my pain. He was direct about after care and needing more than one visit. While my visit was an hour long it surely did not seem like it at all. There was not a lot of waiting around or dead time which I appreciate fully!! I almost hate to write this review because then EVERYONE will be here, he is that amazing!! Ladies he's very easy on the eyes as well..

At barely 21 years of age, (over 10 years ago), I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder of…read moreunknown origin. The symptoms were debilitating and specialist after specialist offered nothing but shoulder shrugs and prescriptions that were supposed to manage my symptoms. Instead, the symptoms grew worse and nothing was being done to address the root cause of the problem. Growing discouraged and depressed, a friend referred me to Dr. Perkins. I had never been to a chiropractor and I had heard my share of stories, but at the this point, I had nothing left to lose. Upon meeting Dr. Perkins and his friendly staff, I felt immediately at ease, even optimistic! His bedside manner is professional, compassionate, and steeped in integrity. Through regular chiropractic adjustments, detoxification protocols and nutritional supplementation, my symptoms began to disappear and I began to feel whole again. I have even had my blood work done several times and there are no longer any markers for the disease that I was once told I would have to live with for the rest of my life. This experience was so inspiring to me, I transferred to Wayne State University (from MSU) and switched my degree to study Human Nutrition and Food Science. I was lucky enough to work with Dr. Perkins in my last year of school and he inspired me more and more each day. I actually went on to marry a chiropractor and not a day goes by that I do not think back to my time with Dr. Perkins and consider the model that he created and continues to implement at Alternative Health Solutions. As my husband and I build our practice, we often discuss Dr. Perkins. Be it his commitment to his patients, his brilliance with regards to innate health, or the fact, that he truly saved my life, Dr. Perkins is a true healer and an inspiration. I only wish that I still lived close enough to be a patient.
