Huge selection, very good price-performance ratio. I just trust the promise that only absolutely necessary ingredients are included. I haven't noticed a list of additives that are often posted in ice cream parlors. I don't need colorings, aromas, including so-called 'natural aromas', thickeners, preservatives, stabilizers, emulsifiers such as soy lecithin, sweeteners ... A must try, whenever you are in the beautiful old part of the city. Just be prepared: the better the weather, the longer the wait. Worth it, though. Any time.
