They have a huge variety of flavors even offering samples and helpful suggestions. The varieties included sorbets and even non dairy options as well. I normally tend to avoid ice shops with the limited options for dairy free but I was pleasantly surprised to see so many options. I decided to try the lemon custard and it has quickly become one of my favorites. It's true to flavor and the texture is amazing. The sundae I ended up trying was a brownie fresh banana ice cream. It was a lot bigger than I expected but sooo good. The staff were super friendly and patient while I tried a few different flavors. Before giving you a sample they even checked in to see if anyone had any allergies. I will definitely be back for more when in the area.

Maybe it was a one time thing, if not then they need to fix the straws. We tried a couple and each was broken at the mouth. They have a limited selection of ice cream flavors - maybe 8 or so and all were quite generic. Again, could be just the day when we went.

The other thing is, I don't like having somebody else put my hot fudge or anything else on my yogurt. I am very big on hygiene. I don't know this area. I'm here from out of town. I don't know if they've had troubles with the teens or anything like that but from the last few days of being here in the area seems nice enough that I don't understand why you can't have a sample or put on your own toppings, meaning the hot fudge caramel, etc.

They frequently lose prescriptions from my doctor. They try to charge me if I dont mention my insurance coveres certain prescriptions. Today the manager Jackie said my insurance doesn't cover one of my prescriptions. I know this. The last 5 years I have been paying cash and using a good RX coupon. This takes the prescription from well over $1000 to under $20. Jackie said its policy i cannot pay cash with the coupon. Safeway pharmacy states if your insurance doesn't cover, you pay cash. SAME AS EVERYWHERE ELSE, COUPON OR NOT. So you see the fraud is rampant and truly is, all around us. I would advise against getting your prescriptions here. Jackie makes up her own policies. She'll try and get you for every dollar she can. Beware.
