Dr. Wall and her staff as well as the anesthesiologist Dr. Maryack were awesome with my adult son who is non-verbal and autistic. I was so worried about how we were going to get him to sleep. They eased my mind, were so cheerful and he got his X-rays and teeth cleaned in a short time!!! Oh my God oh my God oh my God.... I am literally hyperventilating as I write this. I have a grandson that is now 8. This used to be his dentist... They did something to piss me off ( because in my mind it was so unprofessional) that I went on yelp and here to write a review about it .... The next time I took my grandson for his appointment the dentist (a male) told my grandson he needed to "borrow" one of his bottom side teeth so he numbed his gums and pulled it.... I noticed it had the root on it so I was confused and asked for it. I was told I could not have it. That was almost 3 years ago and that tooth still hasn't come back. Something just bright that incident to my mind so I called my grandson into my room and asked him to say ahh. When I saw the empty space I couldn't breathe. This dentist pulled out my 5 year old grandsons side tooth to forever alter his smile because of a review I wrote. People like you, should never hold a license. I am going to report you. For every child of color and every poor child you ever did that to, may you reap that 1000 fold. You people are horrible decrepit scum with the heart and mindset of sewer rats and roaches. I've been taking my kids here since before the name change, around the time my now 13 year old started getting teeth (a very long time). Everyone I've dealt with has been nice. They're always educational--of course it be the same lesson: (insert kid name here) needs to floss every night. Recently the vibes have been rushed and a little stressed. Not that I have anything to add or any questions with the fliss being the only lesso . But the doctor on duty seems to be spread thin, like that doctor is the only one working that day--I've had different doctors I think. Which is fine, I think I remember the vibes feeling less stressful and rushed when 2 worked that day. But again it's just vibes, no one actually expressed this and everyone works very well together. Unrelated to this, I did have a suggestion: for the little children, if there isn't a way to kid kid-sized dental chairs, perhaps a seat pillow would make them more comfortable (see picture). Overall we have pleasant experiences there. Care quality is great. Expensive depending on insurance, but great. read more

I've been taking both my kids here, since we moved here from Virginia Beach. This is a great practice. They are efficient & courteous. The prices are fair, their facility is clean and geared towards their target customer, kids!! They have console gaming systems, a big fish tank and other diversions to keep the kiddies occupied. They have one nurse that's speaks Spanish. if I remember right, she's from Puerto Rico. They take TRICARE and accept most BENEFED insurance groups. Overall, this is a great place to take your kids. They also see adults one day a week, it's either Wednesdays or Thursdays. With the COVID-19 restrictions they have really shined. They come to your car, pick up you kid(s) & they go in. If your kids get nervous when alone this might not workout but it's a very process overall. read more

Both my children go to this dentist, my 4 year old had to have some fillings, cap and a spacer done September 18th 2018, I know really bad baby teeth and poor brushing habit, we should have done better however we wanted to get everything fixed so we paid the $2k in procedural costs between the anesthesia and work. After the procedure we were warned about candy, however she had a candy cane this weekend. Now I'm not a dentist but for a 3 month old cap to break and the other cap to crack from a candy cane seems crazy. We took her back in today and they want another $1500 between anesthesia and work, so I'm a little upset writing this review but it is crazy to me. Again I'm not a dentist but this seems like sorry work. Also to note if your dental insurance doesn't cover anesthesia you will have to pay out of pocket using this dental office as they use an out of network anesthesiologist, also you will have to wait several weeks. read more

I LOVE this dentist and this office! My daughter is 12 and has been going here since she was 4 or 5. She was able to get her braces here vs. us having to go to another location and the staff treats us like family. Even better I was shocked to learn my dentist of many years Dr. Bobby CIRIC sees adult patients at this office now, so when she is too old to see Dr. Wall Nunn she can transition to him!!! My son was treating with another dentist office on the other side of town where we used to live in St John's. . I continue seeing Pediatric Smiles at different events in the community so after speaking with the staff and the dentist there, Dr Wall, I decided to give them a chance. EXCELLENT service and staff and the office was very bright and colorful. My son has autism and they did a great job with his teeth cleaning and making it a very positive experience for him. read more

While the office is new and clean, we have never been taken on time. I'm fine with 5 minutes late but it's at least 20 each time. The check out process is ridiculously lengthy especially given you pay for service before they take your child into the back. read more

I agree with E.M., I've been here 5-6 times with my daughter and they are ALWAYS 20 minutes behind. The checkout process is always lengthy because they always find something the child needs to have done so they can shake you down for more money. They have a "manager" with her own office for this exclusively. Not exaggerating when I say I've had some fee out of pocket and something that needs to be done(cavity, crown, etc...) every single time I've been here. I really liked the facility and the staff, but when it came to procedures they refused to listen to our experience with our child and anesthesia. Our son has a very bad reaction to the type of anesthesia that they wanted to give him (he has had 2 non-dental procedures using the same type of anesthesia) and when I asked if we could change the plan to better suit his needs they refused. As a parent I don't agree with this kind of practice, and I feel like listening to the parents is an important quality that they lacked. Unfortunately, because of their decision, we have sought treatment elsewhere. read more

I can't believe this dentist office. We first started going about 5 months ago and things were going well at first, until their orthodontist went down to one day a month. Sure, that seems like no big deal, but if your child has an emergency or needs an appointment it becomes a huge deal. I paid them a good bit of my portion up front (which I will NEVER do again) and when it became nearly impossible to get an appointment I decided to switch ortho's I spoke to Brittany who works over the ortho department and after many conversations (no call back's, I had to constantly call them) she started screaming at me. I will never recommend this dentist or orthodontist to anyone. My son was still going there for his dental needs, but I will now be pulling him out of there and I will let everyone else know how awful they are and how they are not running a dental practice the way they should be. I am completely disappointed. I work in the medical field and I would NEVER scream at a patient. I don't care if they are wrong or not,...... read more
